i dunno if any of you are like me but…

sometimes I feel like a bit of a voyeur…a voyeur in a good way I hope! LOL  cuz that sounds reHeally bad.. but I LOVE looking at videos and blogposts where people show their studios, craft rooms, art supplies, travel bags, journaling stuff etc..  I get little goosebumps when I see new product I need to have (and therefore the shop needs to have) and bags, books, bowls, baskets etc.. as to where people stash their STUFFS… so…if you are interested, I thought I may post some things here from my studio (if that’s what you can call it..LOL.. it’s more like an unfinished basement).. and hopefully my new studio once I move in 3 weeks.. *thunk* (that was my jaw dropping just thinking of what I still have to do…)

Basically for the past month, little by little, I have been trying to organize all of my supplies.. finding homes for them so that the move to the new house will be easier..

So if you would like me to do some posts like this one, let me know!  and if you have some FAVORITE storage bags/boxes/cases that you can’t live without, I would LOVE for you to post it in the comments!

Ok so for today, I would like to show you how I used my STICKER STADIUM by CROP and STYLE that I had my papers in before but now have found a new “life” for… OMG I LOVE IT! AND I am getting some more in the store next week!

So this is what the sticker stadium looks like.. it is meant for….. LOL your stickers, odd shaped papers etc.. it rises to different levels and STRETCHES so you can stuff it!

Well, guess what I used it for?  I used it for ALL of my STENCILS/TEMPLATES and masks.. and I have a LOT OF THEM!  For my  cardboards and foam mats.. all the goodies I use to add texture to my canvases or art journal pages..it’s amazing!  my little 6*6 plates go in the front and as they get bigger, they go to the slots behind.. my 12*12 in the back slot

Here is my newfound love from the front.  This baby can fit A LOT.  and I mean A LOT..

And here it is from the side.. showing how wide the gussets can grow!  See the pink fibreglass walls behind it?  ThatSSSS my studio 🙂  Glamorous, idn’t it?

The great thing is that Ryan PROMISED to have the craft room of my dreams in about a month.. should I show you the one I am EYEING??  Maybe I will wait a little to show you 🙂

Washi stand? No not WASH stand.. a WASHI stand!

hiya sistahs!  It’s a dreary day over her in Toronto.. blah..

but I have something so INSPIRING to show you and we are taking preorders now!  Denabella designed it with WarrenaFELLA.. one of our great customers Carrol’s husband :).. ok get the connection??? LOL  Yikes say that 47 times fast! LOL

It’s a washi tape stand!  Remember last year or a little bit longer than that we had a big shipment of Washi Tape that came in .. we sold out in seconds!  Well we were looking for a way to store them.. not only to be practical but to put a smile on our faces and inspire us every day..

Warren hand makes these in solid oak.. they are just gorgeous!   you can fit over 60 rolls of Washi tape on the 3 tiers

are they not GORGE? (-ous.. )

It’s AJ MONDAY! *FOR REAL* as my kids say

sorry for the delay .. it’s been a tough weekend around here.. Jayden was a sicky.. had the stomach flu.. we are in the middle of moving.. BLECH..   Thank goodness for AJ monday where I can get my feelings down.. at least once a week I make the time.

I am now OBSSESSED with the little stickers by LILY BEE that are PERFECT for journaling! They are JUST the right size and you get a kajillion on a sheet (the word MOTHERHOOD is using lily bee stickers).. *SIGH* I love product.   I am out of stock but getting more in in different colors shortly.. AMAZINK!

bad bloggista.. bad bad bloggista AND BELLARIFIC FRIDAY!

hiya sistahs..hope you had a great week.. I have been hibernating (no WONDER I look a bit “swollen”..LOLOL.. I make me laFF).. The bellaland babes have been VERY hard at work this week meeting deadlines and we accomplished them!! We thought it would be impossible.. I REALLY thought it would be impossible but we did it!  Helen and Dena manned the store whilst (lol) completing their tasks.. Ruby and I didn’t BUDGE from the kitchen table at home packaging and cutting rubbah.. OMG.. It was crazy but we did it! (only to start again next week with different deadlines LOL).. I wanna shout out a BIIIIIG thank you to Denabella and Helenabella and Rubybella for all their help…. without them, nothing could be done.

We just got in the new PRISMACOLOR 18 COLOURS which we are Bundling in a set!  They are GORGEOUS !

We also have very few of the 150 set.. ALL the colors!  OMG it is YUMALLISH

is it a moon? is it a SUN? are those flowers?

who cares..LOL.. it’s what I INSTINCTIVELY drew or felt like putting on the canvas 🙂  We had an AMAZING canvas class today , and this was the sample that I worked on .. everyone’s results were PHENOMALICIOUS!

I had no plans at all when I started this piece.. first thing I did?  I took a pencil and transposed everything going on in this NOGGIN (love the word NOGGIN.. nogginnogginnoggin) and wrote it on the canvas… it was LIBERATING!  I knew it would be covered up with all the layers so I really wrote what was going on in my life.

Then I TUMBLE DYE INK’D (have I mentioned HOW MUCH I LOOOOVE those inks??? Thank you so much ROBEN MARIE for introducing me to them :).  If you haven’t read her blog or taken her classes, I recommend them highly.. she is PHENOM!  These inks are waterbased but when they are heat set, they don’t move! so you can see hints of stencil through all the layers.  I especially love the neon colors (SISTAHS, mark my words, NEON will be back shortly.  I KNOW IT)…  all the colors in the tumble dyes are amazing

then I PAINTED

then I STAMPED.. bubble wrap.. my favorite I AM SCRIPT and music background and the ECLECTIC #8 BACKGROUND stamp and the ECLECTIC ELEMENTS GRID that I cut apart :)..  cuz I am smart in da NOGGIN’ (LOL)

I used FABER CASTELL big fat juicy PITT PENS for the shading

It’s MINI RELEASE DAY!

And I am SO very EXCITED!

I have decided to start my own line of journaling stamps.. I am so very passionate about Art Journaling.. I am so very passionate about adding texture and “touchability” and interest to my pages and canvases  that I felt the need to create my own line of stamps.  The images are quite simple but everything I have chosen means something to me.. and I hope it stirs something in you as well.. So without further ADOOOOO… Let’s introduce our BRAND NEW… FRESH… EXCITING… (we will be introducing LOTS of new sets…in the near future)

our first set  is for those days where you just DON’T feel like writing much.. you want to write a little bit but just evoke the mood you are in…Simple.  To the POINT (pardon the pun.. Oh I KILL me… LOL)

Our next image is kind of SOLEMN but HOPEFUL.. if that makes sense.. can fill a void on your pages.. and also can be great on a card.  I LOVE the texture of these birds! There are TWO stamps in this set

EXCITING name)…  I love EVERY SINGLE element in this set.. you can journal in the film square… omg.. possibilities are ENDLESS.. you will see some samples soon.  The problem with stamp sets usually is that you like a couple in one whole set.. and you may just like  a couple in this set but i really don’t think so.. cuz they are ALLLLL awesome..if I do say so myself.  LOL

It’s AJ MONDAY and release is following next!

Hiya sistahs..

Hope you had a great weekend :).  I was  a frantic Bella on Saturday night refreshing my computer every 3 seconds in order to reserve my IPHONE 4S at a local store.. and it worked!! I got my phone and I am OHHHH SOOO VERYYY HAPPY…  SOOO HAPPY.  Other than that hung out at home.. had sushi twice.. watched my butt grow… watched a marathon of BIG BANG THEORY (don’t get me started.. I HOWL at that show.. literally).. all in all a GREAT weekend.  What did you do?  (LOL as if you are sitting right in front of moi.

Ok the theme for AJ monday this week was drawing a face.  I KNOW that I scared people off.. LOL  but I think it’s fun to see different perspectives and to really start practicing.. I know I need it.

So without further aDO.. and so I can start working on the RELEASE…. let’s BOOGIE!

Here is my face. I am SO happy with her. I am IRRITATED with the bubbles in the paper.. and I know why they are there. The gell medium I used was too heavy :(. She is now covering a new journal I "built".. and am thrilled with.Here is the journal.. and the PERFECT magazine collage piece to describe what will live in that journal. Still have a "chatroom" about the wrinkles.. LOL but trying to Embrace them...
