Weekend Inspiration with Delphineabella: Bundle Girl Beekeeper Scene

Hello everyone! Delphineabella here with my Inspiration Post and – I hope – a beeeeautiful scene! I created my scene using 3 stamp sets. First I stamped BUNDLE GIRL BEEKEEPER (girl, 2 bees), then I added a little separate bee at the top left corner from the TINY TOWNIE BUSY BEE set, and since I wanted flowers at the bottom of my scene, I stamped a part from the TINY TOWNIE CHERRY BLOSSOM flowers. I coloured everything in Copics and added a sentiment from the BUNDLE GIRL BEEKEEPER set. As a final touch, glitter pen and Star Dust Stickles on the wings, of course!

Copics used:

Sky: R20, 81, YR000, 00
Grass: G07, 14, 19, 28
Bushes: G28, YG01, 17, 25, 67
Skin: E000, 00, 11, 71, RV42
Hat: E35, Y13, 35, YR23
Dress: V09, 15, 17
Bees: W5, 7, 9, Y13, 35, YR23
Wings: B00, BV00, YR000
Flowers: E04, R56, 59

Thanks for stopping by today, enjoy the rest of your day! Hugs,
Delphineabella

Scenic Saturday with Amybella: Tiny Townie Wonderland Caterpillar has his Wings

Hello!

Amy here with another Scenic Saturday post and this week I’ve combined the cute Tiny Townie Wonderland Caterpillar has his Wings from the latest release with the older Gnome Backdrop stamp. With that giant mushroom he is perched on it seemed a like a fun and perfect pairing.

I began by stamping Tiny Townie Caterpillar and then masking off the entire image so that I could add the Gnome Backdrop right over top. Nothing fancy and all pretty straight forward as far as stamping techniques go. Almost instantly I had a whole world for this little guy to live in and with very little work on my part. That’s why I’m such a big fan of all the backdrop stamps that are available, they make the whole scene building process that much easier. As I began coloring, the idea struck me that there were just enough mushrooms in the scene that I could color an entire rainbow of fungi. Once they were all looking lovely I decided to color Tiny Townie Caterpillar as a moth, in shades of black and white to contrast with all of the bright colors around him. The sentiment comes in the Oddball Maya set, and I think it fits so well with the rainbow theme that came together on this sweet card.

Stay crafty my friends!
