Tamara here with you. I admit I never tried Yoga or any kind of meditation. I just don’t have the patience or the energy OR the time for it. LOL I think my kind of Yoga is colouring and I’ll stick to that.

Image used on my card today is called Curvy Girl Namaste. Do you know what Namaste means? Nama means bow, as means I, and te means you. Therefore, namaste literally means “bow me you” or “I bow to you.”

I really like the sentiment I used with this image. It’s part of the Good Vibes Sentiment Set. There’s quite a few great sentiments in that set.

Image was stamped with Archival Ink – Jet Black on 300g HP watercolour paper and then coloured in using Distress Ink pads.

skin: vintage photo
cheeks: worn lipstick
hair: antique linen, walnut stain
shirt: victorian velvet, black soot
pants: evergreen bough, black soot
