Sandiebella has done it again! Another gorgeous step by step make for us to follow along with.
Big Brother Jumper Card
Taking the 9.5″ x 4.5″ piece, measure 4″ down from the top, on each side, and mark with a pencil.
Using a craft knife or paper trimmer, cut at 1.25″ in from each edge, down to the 4″ pencil marks.
Cut away the middle section.
Score both 1.25″ sections at 2.5″ from the top.
Erase any pencil marks.
Round the corners of the 1.25″ straps.
Measure across the bottom and mark at 1.5″ and 3″. Put another pencil mark at 0.75″ up from the centre (2.25″), as shown.
Using a craft knife and a ruler, cut from the 0.75″ pencil mark diagonally to 1.5″ and 3″ pencil marks on the bottom.
Taking the 5.5″ x 4.5″ piece of white card, repeat the steps above to form the legs of the jumper.
Cut another piece of white card measuring 5 3/8″ x 4 3/8″ and, using the card base as a guide, cut out the triangle at the bottom.
Cut two pieces of white card measuring 1 1/8″ x 2 3/8″ and round one end of each piece. Adhere these to the outside of the 1.25″ x 2.5″ sections.
Cut one piece of patterned paper measuring 5.25″ x 4.25″ and two pieces measuring 1″ x 2.25″
Again, using the smaller white card layer as a guide, mark the triangle at the bottom and cut away using a craft knife.
Adhere the three layers together.
Line the front panel up with the back of the card base, fold down the ‘straps’ and, applying glue to where the straps overlap the front panel, adhere the straps the front.
Round the corners of one end of each of the two 1″ x 2.25″ pieces of patterned paper and adhere to the straps.
Stamp Tiny Townie Big Brother onto white card and colour using your desired medium.
Cut one 4″ scalloped circle and one 3.75″ stitched circle from white card. Cut a 3.5″ stitched circle from patterned paper. Adhere all three together.
Thread some twine throught two 0.5″ buttons and adhere them to the straps of the jumper.
Adhere the circle panel to the card front using 3D foam tape, and then adhere Tiny Townie Big Brother to the circles, again using foam tape.
Stamp the Tiny Townie Big Brother sentiment onto a white banner
Adhere across the bottom of the circles, and embellish with enamel dots.
