Sistahs.. OK… so aside from my stamping and embroidery addiction, the creation of new stamps, tools etc I also love MAKEUP as you may all know… hmph. So I took a little break from a BiZzy day and went shopping cuz I needed some FOUNDATION for my face… WELL.. the foundation turned into a bit of a spree
Someone once told me that NARS foundation was great. Someone Says that I should get help from Skin Helpers about what I am doing.. so that is where I started..LOL.. and continued.. and continued…
So here is what I bought and what I ADORE..
(1) NARS FOUNDATION (SHEER GLOW)– leaves a gorgeous DEWY texture
(2) NARS ORGASM blush (that’s the COLOUR ladies)- one sold every 4 seconds in the world- that and the BRONZER I use.. NARS LAGUNA
(3) NEW COLOUR LIPSTICK called CHRISTINA (not 100% sure about this one) I am used to such drabby lipstick colours.. this actually has a bit of OOMPH.. so gonna try it out!
(4) new goldish lipgloss… YUM! NARS called MOONFLEET
(5) KIEHLS- SUPERFLUID UV DEFENSE SPF 50 to put on over my moisturizer
(6) CLARINS concealer
(7) BOBBI BROWN GEL EYELINER in CAVIAR (LOOOVE THIS)
(8) and a new brush FOR THE GEL EYELINER (goes on like BUDDAH)
(9) BOBBI BROWN BRONZER BRUSH (LOOOVE)
(10) LASH FUSION XL MASCARA- looking for a new one.. anyone with SUGGESTIONS?
AND THEN I BOUGHT AN EYE CREAM.. a new one from KIEHLS.. AVOCADO TREATMENT.. sounds LUSCIOUS but when I came home this is what was on it :(.. ONLY I would be the one coming home with a TESTER.. grrrr.. so now I have to wait til a new one comes in the mail. Until then, I’d decided to order contact lenses and make do with them.
I also bought THIS eye cream. And I HAVE NOT STOPPED TEARING since..LOL.. my eyes are dripping. so this is a real NO NO for moi. (but I gave it to Dena to see if she likes it 🙂 )
So that is my list of thingies bought.. aren’t they yummy? and I am SOOOO BEEEYYOOOOOTIFUL right now..LOL
I am OFF to MICHIGAN to visit Paulabella tomorrow for some girly time and to hang out and SHOP for some black friday specials!! And LINDABELLA is joining us on Friday!

I am a total makeup hog but I am a MAC girl and Clinique for skin care. I did the Oil of Olay thing for awhile but it did jack crap! I haven’t tried the Nars but just from the name of the blush, I am all over it girlfriend! Enjoy Black Friday!
OMG! My kinda GIRL….I love, love, love make up, and face creams, eye creams, etc…I’m a 100% MAC girl, but always interested in new products, last time I was in Toronto I saw the Kiehls Store I went in, but had no idea what was good or not!
Bobbi Brown caviar gel eyeliner – exactly what I use… good choice. I love it. Also, BB SPF 15 lip stuff in the little sliver pot with screw on lid. THE BEST ever. Kiehls acai fast mist stuff and acai face wash stuff. The mist feels so good after my face is all scrubbed.
You know I am a MAC girl. However, I just bought the Urban Decay Primer Potion and I am in love!!!! I makes your eyeshadow stay put all day! I also just bought the Benefit Brow Zings brow powder and wax….loves it! I keep meaning to go get the NARS Orgasam blush!

Bare Escentuals for me the best out there. So gentle on the skin and last forever. Its a must. For eye cream I used clinique it does not make the eyes water as I have lots of problems with tearing eyes I dont need help with creams. It works great. I know Bare Escentuals has eye cream now but have not tired it I will wait till I run out of the clinique.

I swear by Afterglow. It comes in darling little jars, all powders, so lasts a long time. I have very sensitive skin and eyes, and this line is one that I can wear without irriation. It’s quite natural, not sure if it can be called organic or not, but I really like it.
You are too funny!! After reading the comments above, it appears that not only are we bellaholics but we are also makeup fiends! 🙂 I love BE (wearing it for over 10 years) and MAC is a new fav.
As far as mascaras go, I’ve probably tried every single mascara out there. My super-favorite is Too Faced Lash Injection, but it’s so expensive. I love the “tube techonology,” so this sent me on a search for something comparable and less expensive. L’Oreal Double Extend Beauty Tubes Technology is the closest I’ve found. Also, I wear glasses which makes it harder to see your eyes and eye lashes so it’s important to find mascara that thickens and lengthens without looking unnatural.
hmmm, I don’t think I could part with my BE products, but will need a new blush here soon. If the NARS is powder, will look into it. But HATE stuff on my lips, unless it’s a stain. HATE gloss and the heavy feel. Looks pretty and I love that NARS color you wear on your lips, but for a factory…I gots to pass! lol
I am a Bare Escentuals (BE) girl when it comes to my make-up & a philosophy girl when it comes to my skincare regimen/treatment. Throw in some L’Occitane for moisturizing for the hands, body, & feet… I’m good to go! But don’t anyone take away my Wen by Chaz Dean – that cleansing conditioner is “golden” to me! =0)
