Here’s Michelle!

Hello there, Michelle here and I am delighted to be joining Stamping Bella this month. I absolutely adore Stamping Bella images, they are wonderful to colour. Bellas were the first images I used when I first discovered Copics and they have been a firm favourite ever since.

My card today uses the adorable Kitty & Mousie Celebrate A Birthday stamp. How adorable are the Stuffies range? So cute! I coloured Kitty and Mousie with Copics, making sure to add some blue behind them so that they pop from the card and create a little scene too. I added shimmer pen to the banners to give a little something to the image as well.

The image was simply added to a purple card base with foam tape. I love to give Stamping Bella images centre stage. Thank you so much for taking the time to visit today. I am looking forward to sharing my next project with you next Wednesday.

That’s adorable!!! Did you stamp the image on a white cardstock or a lavender on?

    • Hi Karin, thank you! It is definitely white cardstock that the image is stamped on but I think the colour of the card base is reflecting on it slightly turning it a bit more of a lavender shade. Sorry about that! 🙂

How cute is that? I love how you colored that card and I to agree that Stamping Bella stamps are great for coloring. What you did is you didn’t get to fussy and add to many things to your card and that’s what I love. The star of the card is your image and you’re coloring. Sometimes people stamp the image and color it but they add so much other stuff you don’t know what to look at first and it hides the colored image which is usually what should be the focus. You did it just right. I look forward to your Wed. Could you send me one for my birthday? LOL
