Supplies:

White Card
Patterned paper
Scoring board and bone folder
3.75″ Circle die

Adhesive

How to:

Cut a piece of white card measuring 8″ x 6″ and score on the 8″ side at 4″

On the 6″ side, score at 3″ down to the intersection

Flip the card 180 degrees and score at 1″ and 5″ down to the intersection.

Cut the scorelines made on the 6″ side, top and bottom, to the intersection.

Holding the card in your right hand, with the 2 cutlines at the top, fold down the large centre panel, allowing the left side of the card to turn with it, as shown.

Use a bone folder to crease the scoreline on the centre panel.

Cut two pieces of white card measuring 3 7/8″ x 2 7/8″ and two pieces measuring 4″ x 7/8″

Cut two pieces of patterned paper measuring 3.75″ x 2.75″ and two pieces measuring 3 7/8″ x 0.75″

Adhere the patterned paper pieces to the white card to make panels and stick them down onto the top and bottom panels of the card base (*see note below)

*Note: When adhering the narrow panels to the card base, make sure to push it up to the other panel, covering the score line.

Type up a sentiment on the computer, approximately 3.75″ in length.

Cut out the sentiments and layer them onto white card.

To make the card sturdier, adhere the sentiment across the gap of the left and right panels. If you don’t have a sentiment, you can just adhere a patterned paper panel across them.

Stamp the image onto white card and colour with your desired medium.

Cut the house out using the coordinating die.

Cut a piece of patterned paper measuring 3 7/8″ square and adhere to the centre panel.

Cut a circle approx 3.75″ in diameter and adhere to the centre panel using foam tape or dots.

Apply foam tape or dots to the back of the house and adhere that to the circle.
