Mermay 2025: Challenge Week 1

Calling all Stamping Bella fans! Time to make some waves. This May, we’re diving into a sea of creativity with our MerMay stamping, colouring, and cardmaking event. Each week during May, we will introduce a new challenge themed around the magical underwater world of mermaids. Whether you’re a seasoned crafter or just dipping your toes into the world of stamping, this is the perfect chance to join us and let your creativity swim free.

Share your projects, connect with the Sistahood, and show off your take on our fabulous mermaid collection.

The Challenges:

Each week we will be introducing a new MerMay challenge! You can enter each challenge throughout the month, up to a total of 3 cards in each challenge. At the end of the month a winner will be drawn from each challenge to win a $25 gift card. There will also be a round up post, featuring entries from the challenges, so this is your chance to be featured on Blogabella and our social media pages.

Challenge Rules:

Entries should only feature Stamping Bella image stamps. All other products such as dies, papers, embellishments can be from anywhere! We won’t nit-pick over the sentiments either – but would love to see you using your Stamping Bella sentiments! Here’s a look at our Mermaid and Underwater themed stamps:

There are two ways to enter the challenges. Either submit your card to the Inlinkz link party on each weekly post, or if you are in our private Stamping Bella Sistahood group on FaceBook, you can upload to the challenge album over there. Please do not enter in both places! If you enter via InLinkz you are welcome to share in the FaceBook group, just don’t submit your card to the dedicated weekly album.

All cards/projects must be uploaded to the respective link parties or FB albums by 0000 UTC+1 on Thursday 29th May 2025. Winners will be drawn and published by Saturday 31st May.

Week 1 Challenge: Let’s sea those mermaids!

We’re going to start the month of MerMay with a nice easy challenge! Share mermaid themed cards featuring any Stamping Bella stamp. As mentioned above you can submit your cards EITHER here on the link party below, or over in the dedicated Week 1 Challenge album in our private FaceBook group.

Each week our Babes will be providing a little inspiration too! This week we have cards from myself (Elaineabella) and Debrabella, and a Copic colouring video from me. Let’s take a look!
