He’s so cute! I gave him a little glow from the open doorway. Looks like he’s on his first stop of the night.

I stamped the image on kraft card before colouring using Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils. I’ve been using a new and cheaper kraft coloured card in my last few coloured pencil posts. I wanted to see how well it would perform, and honestly I’m not in love. Hopefully I can get hold of some other papers I’ve had my eye on, as I’m still searching for a real favourite. This one worked okay, but it doesn’t really have enough “tooth”to be able to layer as much as I would like, or to achieve the coverage I’m looking for without using solvent.

Little Bits Mummy Halloween Card

As much as I love creating larger stamped scenes, sometime it’s just fun to play with a smaller area. Little Bits stamps are perfect for this!

Stamps Used: Little Bits Mummy, Frankie & Ghosty , Little Bits Haunted House Outdoor Decor (alternative: Littles Mummy & The Tombstone)

I masked and stamped the stamps from two sets to create my scene on Kraft card before colouring with Caran D’Ache Pablo coloured pencils. Alternatively there is a stamp that gives you a similar complete scene. All are linked above.
