Sistahs,

I am back home from da CRUISE and am staring at my monitor trying to find my “muse”.  I mean, there is SOOO much to write and show and tell and describe.. where would I even begin?

I think I am gonna start with a recap of events and then show a little pictorial.  Unfortunately, I didn’t carry my camera at all times and I feel like i missed out on a lot of good shots .. if you don’t see your picture in my collection, please don’t be offended because each and every sistah who attended this event will be in my heart FOREVER… I am so emotional and was SOOO emotional throughout the cruise.. I revelled (sp?) in the closeness I felt throughout, the spirit that was CONTAGIOUS and the kindness of everyone… I give a BIG MWAH to everyone who attended this cruise and supported Gina Nichole and I and I want to thank NICKY for outdoing herself in class.. Nickabella is a SUPERSTAR and I love her very much thank you Nicky for all your hard workand patience . I also wanted to thank our SUPERSTAR hubbies for helping us so much.. without them, I don’t think we would have made it (ok, well maybe but don’t tell them)

Ok.. so I blogged about Gina’s conference room/bedroom where we worked like crazy stuffing, unstuffing piling, lugging etc.. we really got to know each other so well those three days and really bonded.. David (Nichole’s hubs) I think felt a littttle outnumbered, however but he always had a smile on his face!  Ryan and Joe (Nicky’s hub) and Tom (Gina’s hubs) and Gina’s kids Alicia and Rina arrived on Saturday and packed up the UHAUL…

Do you see those little chicklets about?  Alicia and Rina K… They are the most BEEYOTIFUL, LOVABLE, FUNKYABLE and DEELLLISH kids I have ever met in my life.. I love them SOOOO very much

So once we hit the ship and tipped the guys that load the ship very heftily, we were promised that our boxes would be placed carefully and QUICKLY into the conference rooms on the ship… about 6 hours later, we peered outside of our balcony and saw our boxes UNTOUCHED and still placed where they were that morning.. I felt like asking for my tip back but figured Gina and Nichole would kill me ..LOL

So our first night was a BLAST! We got to meet everyone and present them with their goodie bags.. which were OUTSTANDING if I do say so myself and there was  mingling and meeting and greeting… we presented them with the fateful ball chain necklace that they would have to fill with beads by the end of the week… no how did they earn the beads you ask?  YOU DON”T WANNA KNOW!!  There was trading, there was begging, there was screaming (whomever screamed the loudest got a bead..LOL) and there was trivia questions needing to be answered.. oh.. and then there was flirting with ryan.. LOL.. whomever flirted with him would get beads.. well we had a MAJOR participant who we all came to love and adore.. We all called her “Ryan’s Girlfriend”

before I move too quickly, I must talk about our EXCURSION.. the second we arrived on the ship Ryan had to book excursions.  Well I told him I would join him Dune Buggying in Ocho Rios (Jamaica).. Sistahs, I just wanted to make him happy.. the thought of dune buggying made me NUTS..LOL.. take a looky at one HAPPY SISTAH

I still have memories of the GLOBS of mud hitting my arm and my legs and my mouth and my hands.. and I mean GLOBS.. every time another GLOB would hit me, Ryan would kill himself laughing and drive right into another puddle… Needless to say, ryan booked me for a jungle ATV ride in Cozumel, I sent Joe (Nicky’s husband).. LOL

Classes went without a hitch.. we all had so much fun with eachother

Dinners were fun too.. I decided that tonight I would wait in my kitchen at 6:00 pm and see if Maurice (our waiter in the dining room) shows up. I am thinking “not so much”..LOL

a cruisin we will go!

HELLLOO my sistahs!  Well.. we survived the tough part.. OMG did we work.. you have NO IDEA… Nicky and I arrived here on Thursday evening and met with Gina K who is the HOSTESS with the MOSTESS.. a wonderful welcome and a lovely dinnah was had and then… THEN… THENNNNNNNNN.. we arrived in the room… THE CONFERENCE ROOM….GIna’s room…  THE TORNADO room.. I think there were approximate 5 KAJILLION boxes, stamps, bags, stamps… goodies… OMG did I say stamps?  nevah released stamps??  INCLUDING 3 BEEEYOOOOTIFUL bellas which will be released upon our return?  Nichole the OTHAH HOSTESS WITH THE MOSTESS met us and our work began.. stuffing boxes, bags tools, goodies, tissue etc.. Nicky and I TOTALLY bonded with da sistahs and for the last 3 days learned SOOO much about eachother.. maybe a little too much? LOL.   I won’t bore you with the gory details but what I can share is a lovely picture Gina took of us in the midst of our bella bakery boxes (pink of course).. Nicky and I STRATEGICALLY planned to take a picture from the neck up hiding behind the boxes… boy were we smart.. checkout the closeup of us!

ok so ASIDE from not wearing makeup, I thought we were PRETTY HOT hiding behind those boxes.. LOL (not so much) but at least very CLEVAH to just take a neck up picture.. just weren’t in the mood soooo tired you have no idea.. anyway, I get an email from shannan telling me how CUTE nickabella and I looked in the picture on GINA”S BLOG…  so i stop packing, STUFFING and SQUEEZING to take a lookie and LO AND BEHOLD I see THIS

YUP… we were STANDING IN FRONT OF A FULL LENGTH MIRROR SO THE PICTURE  reflected our *ahem* BACKSIDES !! WE were ROLLING ON THE FLOOR laughing.. now normally, a picture like this would be BURNED but I just thought it was HILARIOUS how calculated we were in the placement of the picture and BAM.. we were caught… LOLOL.. OK just had to share…

So we have completed our work.. the UHAUL is packed…. we are all STILL FRIENDS (LOL) and we are off on the cruise tomorrow!  if you love us you will wish us looots of luck!!  we will have a great time and share all deets when we get back!  Nicky will be teaching an after cruise bonanza.. please call the store to get info and sign up as we are almose sold out…. Dianne is teaching lots of PHENOM scrapbooking classes while we are gone so come in and play and take the classes!

I will try my BESTEST to communicate whilst (LOL.. love that word) on the cruise but it may cost $5 million per second.. then I cant make any mo’ stamps… so if I don’t write, please stay tooooned cuz I will be posting lots when we get back

Today is the day that I have been sooo excited about… For many reasons.. First of all, my creative juices have been FLOWING and I have had a resurgence or a new spark in me.. can’t really explain.. On one of my many late nights surfing, researching, scoping, I stumbled upon VOL. 25..aka. Jessica Rose.. and it was love at first sight.  Jessica is an amazing talented phenom SISTAH!  We have a wonderful rapport and her ideas on her own are BRILLIANT.. !  We also work together and understand each other so well that when I open one of her pieces, i SQUEAL with delight.. we also made a little deal that since we are 3 hours apart she usually sends me an image so that  when I wake up in the morning I get a little treat .. and boy is it a treat!  You can find all of Jessica’s goodies at www.vol25.com.. her work is printed on a wonderful canvas and I have to tell you I ordered TONS for my house… and a few originals.. shhh…. You can also read about Jessica’s daily adventures here.  There is another secret here… yes, something that has been in development for some time and is being worked on as we speak.. it is an exciting thing.. a wonderful thing… its a scrapping thing… yes, you guessed it.. Stamping Bella is opening another shop called SCRAPPING bella… scrapping bella has a target date of opening on Dec. 1st.. so wish us luck!  Jessica will be furnishing a lot of the stamps for scrapbooking and I think it will be a wonderful addition!  YOU THINKY?  YOU LIKEY THE IDEA?  I am going to add one teaser for what is to come in terms of scrapbooking… ok maybe 2.. s’aright?

Edited to Add:  I have started dabbling in scrapbooking and I have noticed a lack of journaling blocks.. funky ones.. shapely ones.. cutesy ones.. larger stamps to fit on scrapbook pages.. I had an interesting conversation with CARMEN  my lovely sistah in the Netherlands.. and she told me that she calls scrapbooking a “LIFESTYLE”.. when I heard that, something clicked.. I can’t explain it.. and then I did a little research and realized that not only was there a lack of journaling blocks but a lack of items to put on your scrapbook pages to create a type of legacy..  a message from me to you.. a message regarding the “feelings” one has in the picture.. I want my kids to open up my scrapbook and say.. OMG that is SOOO mom.. or was she really feeling or thinking that?  More emotional so to speak..TO me, a picture is worth a thousand words but the actual word is worth MORE.. does that make sense? i hopey it does! (lol on the hopey)

I enjoy cooking. Although I admit to not being THE greatest cook.

You may find me curled up on the couch, enjoying a huge bowl of Tillamook Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream. mMmM

I am also mommy to two sweet as sugar little girls, 4 and 3 mos. I’m also a wife to an amazingly sweet husband of 5 years.

I worked at a chevrolet dealership for 3 years and am proud to recognize the year and make of most vehicles.

I believe that sleeping in, should be considered somewhat of a sport. It does take training to master, especially when a baby is introduced into your “scheduled” life.

I enjoy capturing life’s (the mundane, and not so mundane) moments with my 10mp sony a-100.

We own a house built in 1892. While I absolutely adore the age of our home, with all its character, I would love to one day build our own home.

I am now aunt to three adorable little girls. One right here in Prosser with us, another in Oklahoma, and another in California. Both are too many miles away from me, and I do not get to see them near enough.

Someday I would like to own a 1969 Ford Mustang Fastback, or a Mach1.

My hopes is that at least one person will connect with each piece of art I create.

So this is it in a nutshell.

Aside from packing, making photocopies, figuring out last minute things before the cruise (OHBOY).. I have a new artist that I CANNOT WAIT to show you… she is AWESOME.. she is AMAZING.. I mean I do sound like a broken record but she seems to fill a niche in our collection.  I LOOOOVE her.. not only is she a phenom artist, she is a wonderful person. And I will be PROUD to feature some of the images that we have been working on..  I am SURE you will LOVEY

There is also another surprise i hinted to a little while back.. something that has been in the works for a while so I may just announce that tomorrow too   as a bon voyage type of thingie…

LOVE them!)

I am a thirty-something wife and stay-at-home-mom who has always loved anything creative.  After my daughter was born I become a scrap-booking consultant but found that the business side of things interfered too much with the creative side of things and realized that that just wasn’t for me.  I needed to create.  All the time.  My best friend hounded me to open my own etsy shop after I developed a passion for sewing a year and a half ago.  I hesitated for a long time before giving in and now I can’t believe I waited so long!  I started out making and selling baby rag quilts but let my creative energies guide me which is how I came up with my Cuddlewee™ baby and fairies.  I love to draw and paint and sew.  The idea of taking a blank piece of anything – paper, fabric, wood – and turning it into something that wasn’t there before amazes me.  Still.

I’m an introvert who loves sushi, chocolate, cats (we have 2), silence, holidays, aniticipation, naps, my family and friends – among other things.  I signed up for Irish dance lessons because I love to skip and jump and that is a socially acceptable place for an adult to do those things.

I have a strong dislike for watermelon and chronic negativity
