Hiya sistahs!
So I treated myself to this JUICY DSLR camera/video camera.. Ryan build me this jig thingamajig to mount my camera on.. and I am stuck figuring out how to work everything LOL. Does that sound fair? I think NOT.
I decided to shoot a VERY basic video which shows that I need a manicure DESPERATELY.. ( who has time? ).. and which is shot SOOOOO close (things I need to play with re. jig).. and I was also playing and trying to teach myself how to edit (please ignore blank paper for 9 hours).. but I had to start somewhere right?
This is a BASIC video on how to ink a stamp. If you have friends who are interested in stamping but don’t know how/what/where/if/why.. this is the first step to making someone understand how magical stamping really is. Inking and stamping and feeling like an artist… sigh.. what could be BETTAH.
So I hope you enjoy this TOTALLY AMATEURISH video… and would love to hear in the comments what you would like to see and if I can do it for you, you know I will!

Emily on your You Tube channel are you allowing others to post videos (for submission) or will it be videos you create. I have subscribed and look forward to more.
Great first video, I’ve see other “you tubers” put their small item up to the camera (like your small ink pad) with their hand behind it so the camera will focus quickly only on the item. It makes it easy for viewers to read the label.
Thanks for the tips, I’ve been pressing on my stamp too hard!
Haha, love the technical talk that you have for describing how to Ink and stamp an image I hope one day to see them in the Webster dictionary

Emily ~~it has been far too long since I have heard your voice! Love the video and I don’t care how beginner or basic it is, you can always learn something ! I do the tap tap method also, altho I never knew the “technical” name for it. See I learned something 🙂

Oh I loved hearing your voice! It is just as I imagined it! LOL! I, too, do the “Tap, Tap” method. It works soooo much better! love the video! Are we going to perhaps see you do some coloring in the future????? Can’t wait for more videos! 🙂
