Sistahs,
Today is the day that I have been sooo excited about… For many reasons.. First of all, my creative juices have been FLOWING and I have had a resurgence or a new spark in me.. can’t really explain.. On one of my many late nights surfing, researching, scoping, I stumbled upon VOL. 25..aka. Jessica Rose.. and it was love at first sight. Jessica is an amazing talented phenom SISTAH! We have a wonderful rapport and her ideas on her own are BRILLIANT.. ! We also work together and understand each other so well that when I open one of her pieces, i SQUEAL with delight.. we also made a little deal that since we are 3 hours apart she usually sends me an image so that when I wake up in the morning I get a little treat :).. and boy is it a treat! You can find all of Jessica’s goodies at www.vol25.com.. her work is printed on a wonderful canvas and I have to tell you I ordered TONS for my house… and a few originals.. shhh…. There is another secret here… yes, something that has been in development for some time and is being worked on as we speak.. it is an exciting thing.. a wonderful thing… its a scrapping thing… yes, you guessed it.. Stamping Bella is opening another shop called SCRAPPING bella… scrapping bella has a target date of opening on Dec. 1st.. so wish us luck! Jessica will be furnishing a lot of the stamps for scrapbooking and I think it will be a wonderful addition! YOU THINKY? YOU LIKEY THE IDEA? I am going to add one teaser for what is to come in terms of scrapbooking… ok maybe 2.. s’aright?
Edited to Add: I have started dabbling in scrapbooking and I have noticed a lack of journaling blocks.. funky ones.. shapely ones.. cutesy ones.. larger stamps to fit on scrapbook pages.. I had an interesting conversation with CARMEN my lovely sistah in the Netherlands.. and she told me that she calls scrapbooking a “LIFESTYLE”.. when I heard that, something clicked.. I can’t explain it.. and then I did a little research and realized that not only was there a lack of journaling blocks but a lack of items to put on your scrapbook pages to create a type of legacy.. a message from me to you.. a message regarding the “feelings” one has in the picture.. I want my kids to open up my scrapbook and say.. OMG that is SOOO mom.. or was she really feeling or thinking that? More emotional so to speak..TO me, a picture is worth a thousand words but the actual word is worth MORE.. does that make sense? i hopey it does! (lol on the hopey)

I enjoy cooking. Although I admit to not being THE greatest cook.
You may find me curled up on the couch, enjoying a huge bowl of Tillamook Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream. mMmM
I am also mommy to two sweet as sugar little girls, 4 and 3 mos. I’m also a wife to an amazingly sweet husband of 5 years.
I worked at a chevrolet dealership for 3 years and am proud to recognize the year and make of most vehicles.
I believe that sleeping in, should be considered somewhat of a sport. It does take training to master, especially when a baby is introduced into your “scheduled” life.
I enjoy capturing life’s (the mundane, and not so mundane) moments with my 10mp sony a-100.
We own a house built in 1892. While I absolutely adore the age of our home, with all its character, I would love to one day build our own home.
I am now aunt to three adorable little girls. One right here in Prosser with us, another in Oklahoma, and another in California. Both are too many miles away from me, and I do not get to see them near enough.
Someday I would like to own a 1969 Ford Mustang Fastback, or a Mach1.
My hopes is that at least one person will connect with each piece of art I create.
So this is it in a nutshell.

Squeeeeeeeeeal! Yes, I am so excited I squealed! I was a scrapbooker to start, and a scrapbooking instructor… And my baby girl is DUE December 1st at 8am – its a scheduled c-section, but still!!!!!! I can’t wait!

Well I agree totally with journaling talk. I scrapbook and when one of my little ones – my son or neice – say something totally charming or funny I instantly write it down as a quote. I keep these little tidbits for the furture pages they will adorn. Jessica’s things are lovely.

Hello everyone! I wanted to thank everyone for the super warm welcome. It is much appreciated, and helps me feel at ease. Emily has been super fun and inspirational to work with, you guys will LOVE what we have cooking! It has inspired me to get back into scrapbooking, and I hope we are able to help you get back into the groove as well. If you still havent completed a layout, maybe we can entice you to take the plunge. 🙂
Cause scrapbooking really is a craft that keeps on giving, it seems like with each year that passes, I appreciate my finished scrapbook pages even more. It truly is amazing how much we can forget if not documented. 🙂

I am hoping the new site will be wonderful, however I am afraid that it will become jumbled and neglected like this site. Don’t misunderstand, I love the Bella’s, but the site is slow, the products are in so many categories down the side that it takes forever to browse through and find something. And the number of Bella’s being released are next to none. Time to delegate and go back to what attracted all of us faithful sistahs in the first place.
Thank you for acknowledging the lack of journaling blocks in the scrapping industry! I was thinking the same thing… & i’m always having to make my own.
