Sandie’s back again, with an awesome step by step showing how she created…
Supplies:
Score the 2″ x 8 1/2″ piece of cardstock at 2 1/8″ and at 6 3/8″
Fold in the outer sections and crease with a bone folder. They should meet in the middle.
Apply adhesive to the centre section of the 2″ x 8.5″ piece
Retrieve the card base you set aside and adhere the 2″ x 8.5″ piece to the outside bottom of the 5.5″ section
When you fold the card all the pieces should all line up.
For the layering panels, cut:
Adhere all the paper pieces to the white card pieces and then stick them down on the card base.
Outside.
Stamp Apple Cider Oddball onto some white card and coloured with your desired medium.
Cut the image down to 3 1/8″ wide x 4.25″ high. For the layers, cut some white card at 3.25″ x 4 3/8″ and some brown card at 3.5″ x 4 5/8″. Round the bottom corners of all 3 layers and adhere them together.
Apply adhesive ONLY to where the image is going to sit on the front panel and adhere it down.
Ensure there is no glue on the overhang.
Stamp the sentiment onto some white card and either use a die, or a paper trimmers to cut it out.
Adhere the sentiment to the inside back of the card base.
To embellish, hand cut a strip of paper and fishtail the ends. Adhere it on the top left of the image panel and then add some enamel dots.
To finish, I applied some glossy accents to the berries in her hair.

Can you tell me where that scallop rectangle die is from?
Love these thoroughly detailed instructions to make gorgeous cards. Thank you for you time and inspiration to help us mere ‘dip in and out’ hobby crafters. ?
I will definitely use this idea for my Thanksgiving cards so they can be displayed easily by friends! Of course, I am using Oddballs for Thanksgiving!
Lovely card and great design to stand on its own. Your coloring is beautiful.
I have to say these oddball stamps are growing on me. I love this one. I had ordered the Madhatter and I love it, fun coloring. I think I need to order this one also. Thank you for sharing. hugs
When I saw Double Dutch I wondered what that had to do with the game I couldn’t do as a kid or grownup. I could jump rope great & I still can but I can’t double dutch to save my life! LOL This I saw had nothing to do with that. This is a really cool, colorful card! I have to make my fall cards because I am seeing this. Love it!
