Supplies:

White card
Patterned papers (Maja Design – Celebration Collection)
Scoring board and bone folder
Scissors
Stitched Oval dies.
Enamel dots

How to:

Cut one piece of white card measuring 8.5″ x 10.25″ and one piece measuring 8″ x 5.25″.
Take the 8.5″ x 10.25″ piece and score on the long side at 0.75″, 4.75″, 5.5″ and 9.5″

On the short side, score at 0.75″, 1.5″, 6.75″ and 7.5″

On the long side, cut the first 3 scorelines up to the second intersecting scoreline. On each of the 0.75″ sections, cut away at the first intersecting scoreline. Taper the edges to make tabs. Use a corner rounder to round the edges of the 4″ section.

Remove the rest of that section on the right.

Repeat this process on the opposite side of the card.

Apply adhesive to the end 0.75″ tab. I cut this section down to about 5/8″ so that it fit better when assembling the box.

Adhere the 2 ends and fold into a box shape.

Fold the 8″ x 5.25″ piece of card in half and crease well with a bone folder. Apply adhesive and stick down onto the front of the box.

Cut:

White card:
1x  5 1/8″ x 5/8″
1x  3 7/8″ x 5/8″
1x  5 1/8″ x 3 7/8″ (card front)

1x  5″ x 3.75″ (inside card)Patterned paper:

1x  5″ x 0.5″
1x  3.75″ x 0.5″
1x  5″ x 3.75″ (card front)
1x  1.5″ x 3.75″ (inside card)
Assemble the box sides and card front.

Open the ends of the box and flatten it out to adhere the panels.

Stamp Catherine Nibbling Chocolate onto white card and colour with your desired medium. Fussy cut the image using a precision scissors.

Cut out one white card stitched oval and one patterned paper stitched oval.

Trim the patterned paper oval just inside the stitching.

Adhere the two together.

Add extra layers to the card front if desired.

Apply foam tape to the back of the ovals and adhere to the front of the card.

Also using the foam tape, adhere the image down.
