Refund and Returns Policy

Please be assured that we want your shopping experience with us to be enjoyable and worry-free. We stand behind our products and should a problem arise we will do everything we can to rectify the issue.

Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase, or have received an item deemed to be defective, you can return the item within 90 days from the date of purchase. If returned within 30 days of purchase, you will be eligible for a full cash refund or exchange. If your return is made between 30 and 90 days from the date of purchase, you will be eligible for store credit for the purchase value or exchange.

Discontinued items purchased from retirement sales are not eligible for return unless defective, and cannot be exchanged.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened packaging.

Non-returnable items:

To return an item, please contact us via customerservice@stampingbella.com To process your return we will need your order number, and the reason for your return.

Refunds will be processed in the amount of the price paid at the time of order, and will only be made to the original purchaser, on receipt of the returned item(s).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email customerservice@stampingbella.com and we will arrange the return with you.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless defective). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
