Hi its’s Jennifer here with a Wonderful Wednesday post.
This week I thought I would have some fun colouring up these gorgeous tropical girls. Aren’t they just adorable in there coconut and
pineapple outfits?? and gotta love those sunnies!
Ok I have used TROPICAL SQUIDGIES rubber stamp and dont forget the “CUT IT OUT” die avalable on its own or BUNDLE where you save 15% off.
Soooo much easier than fussy cutting I am telling you.
So I got to pull out the new Oxide Inks and inked around the edges using Peeled Paint.
I made a shaker and used the Fossilized Amber and Spiced Marmalade inks
on the background with matching sequins. I diecut a Scalloped Circle and
inked it in peeled paint . I then “dimensionalized” it onto the front of the card.
Take note to stamp the inside of the shaker with your sentiment before gluing it together, or you might just have to do it again? (Good Practice)
I then layered on to orange card stock and then on to my card base.
I added my adorable image coloured in copics, scattered a few sequins around.and Voila!
Look forward to seeing you all next week.
Happy Crafting!
Jennifer
Oh, my, I want to do this too!!! Love the “little ladies” and the those distress inks – I would love some of those too!!! Wish List!!!
Those squidgies are beyond cute and your shaker tutorial is great! Love the piña colada reference and the squidgies dressed as coconuts and pineapples, LOL!!
Oh what a great card! I need to pull out some of my images and get coloring and card making! LOL! 🙂
Love this card – so bright and cheerful. This image is one of my favorites; I may have to try making a shaker card with them!
Amazing Jenny! Thank you so much for my beautiful card! Xox
