It’s Thursday with Sandiebella !

Hiya sistahs, happy Thursday with Sandiebella !

Today Sandiebella teaches us how to make a Floating Panel Card

Supplies:
White card, silver/grey card
Designer paper -used, P13 Let your Creativity Bloom
Scoring board & bone folder
Scalloped circle, Stitched circle, and Stitched rectangle dies
Adhesive & foam tape/dots
 
How to:
Stamp Curvy Girl Posing onto white blending card and colour. Fussy cut around both images.

Set aside.

For the card, cut:
White card
(1x) 5″ x 7.5″

(1x) 5″ x 2″

Grey/silver card

(4x) 1-7/8″ x 4-7/8″
(1x) 5-3/8″ x 4-7/8″
Paper
(4x) 1.75″ x 4.75″
(1x) 5.25″ x 4.75″
Circle Panels:
(2x) 4″ scalloped circles
(2x) 3.75″ stitched circles
Score the 5″ x 7.5″ piece of white card along the long side at 2″

Fold down on the score line and burnish well with a bone folder.

Adhere the paper panels the grey panels and then adhere the large panel inside. Adhere one of the smaller panels to the outside 2″ flap.

Adhere the stitched circles to the scalloped circles.

Adhere one of the grey card/paper panels to the remaining 2″x 5″ piece of white card.

Apply adhesive to the top and bottom of one of the circle panels

Fold down the 2″ section on the card base.

Place the 2″ x 5″ panel on the card, lining it up on the bottom and edges – do not stick it down.  

Adhere the scalloped circle to the top and bottom 2″ sections, ensuring there is no glue in the exposed area.

Apply glue all over the second scalloped circle. Open up the card and place the circle (glue side up) on top of the first circle to line up the scallops.

Holding the circles in place, close down the to and adhere the circle to the inside of the card.

Adhere the two remaining grey card/paper panels to the inside.

Retrieve the images and adhere them to the front of the card using foam tape/dots.

Cut some leaves from the designer papers.

Adhere the leaves on the front panel of the card. Stamp the sentiment onto white card, then cut out using a 3.5″ x 1″ stitched rectangle die. Adhere to the card front.

Embellish with some enamel dots.
