Hi!
Tamara here with you. I’ve been super busy for the last few weeks and the craziness is still not over BUT I got super excited when I got my Stamping Bella box of new stamps and some new papers. To be honest I haven’t even sorted them or the stuff I ordered (and it all arrived this week when I don’t even have time to sleep). It’s all piled up on my desk, waiting for better days. LOL
I did take some time off though to colour this gorgeous image!!! She’s been one of my faves ever since I saw her on one of the preview days. So so gorgeous and it stamps perfectly. I’m so sensitive about the lines on my stamps, I really like them super thin, so it makes the whole image look very delicate.
The name of this pretty lady is Uptown Girl Katrina’s Christmas Kisses.
I stamped the image using Archival Ink – Jet Black on 300g HP watercolour paper and then coloured her up with Archival Ink.
I used RED! You know I don’t like using red and colouring red. Here are distress ink colour used on this card:
skin: vintage photo
cheeks: worn lipstick
hair: antique linen, walnut stain
dress, hat: barn door, fired brick, black soot
greens: peeled paint, forest moss
belt: black soot
That’s all from me today. I hope you had a lovely Halloween yesterday. Stay safe!
Hugs, t.
Gorgeous holiday scene, the red and blue are lovely!
Nobody does superb coloring like your team. Pleats, wrinkles, folds, oh my! This is truly magnificent!
