Hi!
Tamara here with you with a Cooking/Cake/Love themed card featuring Curvy Girl Baker. I coloured this pretty girl in no-lines technique. Colouring images in no-lines technique is a bit more work but I really love the end result and it makes images look really soft and delicate.
Papers used are very new in my collection and there’s quite a few that match cooking theme prefectly. I really like the one with old handwriting that looks like a quickly written recipe. My mom has a lon of small papers, napkins … scribbled with recipes. hehe …
I stamped my image using Archival Ink – Potting soli twice on a white paper first and then on the watercolour paper without inking the stamp in between. This way I got a very pale image and perfect for no-lines colouring. The colouring medium used are Distress ink pads.
Distress ink pads colours used:
skin: vintage photo
cheeks: worn lipstick
hair: antique linen, walnut stain
dress, branch, shoes: peelep paint, black soot
apron, hat, flower: victorian velvet, black soot
Sentiment “The secret ingredient is always love” comes with the image.
That’s all from me today!
Hugs, t.
I love the colors you used! This stamp is great too! Great job, Tamibella!
