And lots of things happening around here 🙂
On my off time (if that really exists) I have been painting.. exploring.. figuring out who I am artistically… And I actually got my first commission! Yes I sho’ did! I will show you the painting in it’s initial stages…LOTS may change from this point onwards, but at least I have the GUTS to show you where she’s at right now… her nose still needs to be fixed and her face needs to be “applied”.. but you can get the general idea 🙂 . I hope you like her! I will show her to you once I am done 🙂

I love how so many used stamps I never thought of as Halloween and turned them into such great creations for the challenge! And I thought I couldn’t send Halloween cards with my limited supply of “spooky” stamps. Thanks for the inspiration.

I don’t usually do Halloween cards but now that I have grandchildren, it’s time I got started. The DT cards are so lovely-the colours and the creative use of the stamps-some of which I have. But I notice Carlabella is taking a break this week.
AND…EM…love the colours and where you are going with your art, I totally understand it-can’t wait to see the finished project. I am still trying to win Bella Bucks- I have my eye on several of the new releases.

Love all the halloween inspired cards I got sidetracked and forgot to submit mine :0( I will get working on the sketch now – so I can get it in on time. I have been too easily distracted by all the spolrts stuff going on here this week – mostly my kids and soccer. Go Cheetahs and Mustangs But most importantly our St Louis Cardinals are in the pennant race! GO CARDINALS!!!!
