Yesterday I snuck out with my twinny friends (hi leslie and lorie) and we went “junking”.. I have been looking forward to our date all week and it did NOT dissapoint. Got some goodies that I will make photo worthy and post on Monday. Is it wrong that I wanna go every day? LOL .. no time for DAT though.. we are all busy planning for scrapfest.. OMG.. lots of goodies planned!

junking was a blast, can’t wait to do it again. looking forward to seeing all of the yummy manuals and books on some of your beautiful art!
They (forever They are) say that the only dumb question is one that you already know the answer to so having said that…..What is “junking”? I’m pretty sure it doesn’t mean sorting through stuff you have put away for years and saying….”Why am I keeping this junk?”….or does it? Enquiring minds want to know.
I am pretty sure the girls didn’t hit garage sales, they hit stores…looking for old treasures like Pyrex, wooden containers, suitcases. Emily and I went to a local Goodwill store and she nabbed a COOL case that long ago was made for records. I suggested selling packs of Bella’s BESTEST paper in it…would make an awesome display. Here in Michigan, my family calls it “Flea-in’ or ‘Garage sailing’. ‘Junking does sound a bit more dignified! lol
