Hiya sistahs! How has your week been? I know you are all there reading but you don’t calll… you don’t write….LOL. So just place a comment so I REHEALLY know you are there n’k?
Let’s discuss my new embroidery fetish.. not only am I working on my stamps.. I bouwait til you see what I have been up to.. but I have found such a lovely Etsy shop who is a complete PLEASURE to deal with. When I saw this, I knew I had to make it for Jayden. It is one of my FAVORITE stories (you know me and my children’s book obssession)… this is what I bought at Nicole’s shop on ETSY. I bought the pattern and can’t wait to start!! look where the poor little pea is..LOL
I know as a crafter most people are attracted to colours. I know I certainly am.. whether it be in paper, wool or fabric, the concept is the same.. WE LOVE COLOUR! So take a looky at what I bough.. it’s appleton Wool that I am going to embroider with. LOOK AT THE COLOURS!! could you just FAINT? oops. I think I just did. One moment please… (LOL). Ahem.. you know you have a problem when…
Ok enough admitting that I am a psychopath..LOL

Oh Em you are going to have so much fun embroidering that image, the colors are so yummy-liscious. All the cards for this challenge are so awesome. Well done sistah’s !!!
Love your latest passion! Passionate people are always the most interesting! Very creative entries this week – inspiring as usual!
Awesome cards!!! So sorry I couldn’t find time to play along because I LOVE holiday challenges!
Great work from the babes, as usual!
A floss fetish! LOL! I love all those colors!
The babes did some delicious goodness this week! Love it!
Great cards ladies! I really meant to enter something for this one, honest. I had in mind to use any number of my numerous Christmas bella stamps. I love the solid holly, the Christmas branch, the joy house, etc. But no time this week for bella goodness. Will try for the sketch.
That embroidery looks fantastic! I totally understand the attraction to the colours, then add in the beautiful texture of wool/silk thread and it is purely irresistable.
I may just have time to stitch something this week. Oh my… I gotta get to it!!!!!! 😉
I am here…I really am! One of these days I will play, I PLOMISE but I am EXXXHHHAAAUUUUSSTED… lol
MWAH misss you
I LOVE that you still called me Motzabella…thank YOU!!!!!!!!!! Gorgeous cards!!!!
your needlework is reminding me of what I used to do before I had children and discovered rubberstamps. I also sewed, quilted, did calligraphy, jewelry, painted but now its all stamps, stamps, stamps. This week cards makes me want to hum Christmas carols, build gingerbread houses, make ornaments. Such a wonderful source for jump starting the Christmas spirit.
Those are some gorgeous samples!! Off to bust out my swirly trees stamp now!
Great sample from everyone this week for the challenge. So many pretty cards – sigh.
Beautiful cards! Love how Linda took a simple stamp and created the most elegant looking card.
Love all the cards. I totally get your attraction to embroidery. Right now I am immersed in a cross stitch project – stocking for my grown daughter – her husband’s is next. There are a million other things I should be doing including stamping projects but I can’t make myself stop. My mom’s a quilter and I love going to fabric stores with her. I love all the colors, patterns and textures. I think once you’re a crafter of any kind you just become hooked with all the possibilities. It’s as good as a library – love those too!
The babes did some beautiful work this week. Bellarific Friday rocks!
Oooo beautiful Christmas Cards! I enjoyed all the images and colours used. Looking forward to seeing your embroidery work!
Love that pattern Emily, can’t wait to see the finished product. Lovely cards ladies.
