It must be Thursday, given that a gorgeous new project from Sandiebella landed in my inbox to share with you!
Supplies:
How to:
On the 3.25″ section, cut a semi circle from the middle, using a circle punch or die, as shown.
Apply double sided tape along the sides, on the inside, and set aside.
For the panels, cut:
Taking the card base, adhere the 5.25″ x 3 1/8″ piece of white card to the front of the pocket. Use the circle punch to cut out the semicircle at the top.
Adhere the 5 1/8″ x 3″ piece of patterned paper to the front of the pocket, over the white card. Again, use the circle punch to cut out the semicircle at the top. Adhere the 5.25″ x 4″ piece of patterned paper into the centre section, remove the backing from the double sided tape on the pocket and fold over into the middle. Burning the adhesive well to make sure the pocket is secure.
Cut 2 pieces of white ribbon approx 10″ in length. Adhere one to the front of the card, as shown, and repeat for the back.
Adhere the rest of the patterned paper pieces to the corresponding white card and adhere one to the front of the card, over the ribbon.
Adhere another panel to the inside front.
Adhere the last panel to the back, over the ribbon.
Stamp Uptown Girl Ava onto white card.
Colour the image with your desired medium and fussy cut using a precision scissors.
Cut some circles and scalloped circles and adhere them together.
Add layers to the front of the card, as desired, and then adhere the circles flat onto the base.
Cut out the medium sized Happy from white card.
Gently turn them over and apply foam tape to the back. Adhere it down onto the circles on the card front.
Stamp out the sentiment from Blossom Loves Balloons and separate the words.
Adhere the HAPPY across the front of the Polaroid and the ‘birthday’ underneath.
Take the gift pile you coloured earlier and adhere it to a tag.
Thread twine through the top of the tag and adhere flat to the inside of the card front. This can be used to write a message.
Use the pocket for more tags, cash, and/or gift cards.
To close the card, tie the ribbon in a bow.
