Supplies:

Paper cutter with scoring & cutting blade
One piece of white card measuring 4 1/4″ x 11″
One piece of white card measuring 2 1/2″ x 5″
One piece of white card measuring 2 3/4″ x 5 1/4″

Corner Rounder
Crop-a-dile or similar
Ribbon
Sticker embellishments.

Step by Step Guide:

Score the 4 1/4″ x 11″ piece of cardstock at at 1″, 2-3/4″, 3-3/4″, 5-1/2″, 7-1/4″, 8-1/4″, and 10″.

Turn cardstock base over so that the inside is facing up. On the middle 5-1/2″ score line, make a mark 5/8″ in from both sides.

Use a paper trimmer or craft knife to cut between the marks, to make a slit for the tag

You can make this slit larger if your tag has dimension. Use a craft knife to create the desired width.

Apply double sided tape to the outside on the end 1″ scored sections. You will want to place one strip next to the score line on one, and one strip at the edge on the other side. This is necessary for holding the tag in place.

Cut patterned paper for the 4 centre panels.
Two measuring 7/8″ x 4 1/8″
Two measuring 1 5/8″ x 4 1/8″

Color up the image using your desired medium.

Take the piece of white card measuring 2 1/2″ x 5″ and round the corners at the top. Cut a piece of patterned paper measuring 2 3/8″ x 4 7/8″ and round the corners at the top also. Cut the image so that it fits in the centre of the patterned paper, leaving a little border at the sides – again, rounding the corners at the top.
Adhere the tag layers together. Fold the punched circle in half and adhere over the top of the tag.
Using the crop-a-dile or similar hole punch, make a hole in the centre of the folded circle. Thread some ribbon through.
Slide the tag into the slit.
Peel off the backing from the tape on the edge of the 1″ panel.
Align the tag at the bottom,  Make sure it is centered in the slit.

Remove the backing from the other piece of double sided tape, and fold in the panel. Press firmly.
Add 2 pieces of patterned paper to the bottom, if desired.

The card should fold flat when you push the tag downwards.
Add the sentiment to the front and embellish as desired, using the sticker elements.
