It’s that time of the week again! Sandiebella has another fab project for you to follow along with.
Santa and the Missus Rubber Stamp and Cut-It-Out Die
MERRY Cut-It-Out Die
BRIGHT Cut-It-Out Die
Red and White card
Christmas themed patterned papers
Scoring board and bone folder
Ruler and pencil
Adhesives
Cut:
1x piece of red card measuring 5.5″ x 9″
3x pieces of patterned paper measuring 2.75″ x 5.25″
Score the red card on the long side at 3″ and 6″
Crease the scorelines well with a bone folder.
Score the left and right 3″ panels down the middle, at 1.5″ and 7.5″ and fold back to make mountains. Crease well with a bone folder.
On the outer 1.5″ sections, on each end of the card base, mark with a pencil at 0.5″
Cut from the 1.5″ scoreline, diagonally, down to the pencil mark, as shown.
Repeat this step on the opposite end.
Take one of the white card panels and adhere one of the patterned paper pieces to it.
Score, or fold the remaining white card and patterned paper in half.
Crease with the bone folder.
To shape the outer panels, place the folded white card onto the card base and mark the angle with a pencil.
Repeat for both ends of the card base.
Use the white card as a guide for cutting the patterned paper.
Adhere the centre panel down.
Adhere both outer panels down.
Cut:
Adhere the white card to the red, and the patterned paper to the white card.
Stick the ‘bridge’ across the front of the card, closing in the sides of the base so that it reaches from end to end.
Stamp Mrs. Claus onto white card and colour using your preferred medium.
Use the coordinating die, or fussy cut the image.
Adhere the image to one side of the card, using 3D foam tape or dots.
Cut out the MERRY and BRIGHT words and stick them down onto the bridge. Add an ampersand between them to make the phrase “Merry & Bright”.
Embellish as desired.

Very very pretty. Also, very clever and creative. Thank you for the great project ideas.
Wow, what a cool card! I’d like to try making this one but I don’t have a die cutter.
So cute! I might have to give this a try! Thanks for sharing!
