Thankfully, after the UK spent most of the week in a heatwave, the temperatures have returned to normality and I can function again! Just in time to bring you Bellarific Friday and the final challenge in our MerMay 2026 celebration!
But before that…I have some exciting news to share. We are bringing you a special Summer Mini Release! It’s a little smaller than our usual releases, but it is packed with some incredible rubber stamp sets to keep you stamping, colouring, and crafting all summer long!
Sneak peeks are on Thursday 4th June, and the release is Friday 5th June. The Babes have already created some stunning cards with all of the stamps, and they will have even more for a new release showcase next Friday.
This week for Bellarific Friday the Babes were asked to create mermaid and underwater themed cards for a final MerMay showcase! Perfect to keep you inspired for playing with those beach and mermaid stamps over the rest of the summer.

Such a beautiful card from Delphine. The simple scene colouring in the background is so effective, giving us the feeling we’re looking at our little fairy fluttering in front of us!

Steph shows us how easily the new Bundle Girl set can be adapted for whatever occasion, with this fun Christmas card. Is it ever too early to get started with Christmas cards?
Ginger created some fab Spring ATCs, showing us that even if you don’t have time to colour, you can still have fun with your favourite stamps!

Our second spotlight during MerMay is on our beautiful Tiny Townie Mermaid Isla rubber stamp set. She’s our second Tiny Townie mermaid, and works beautifully with the original Tiny Townie Mermaid rubber stamp set for fun scenes!
The Babes have created some truly mermazing cards featuring this lovely stamp set.

Happy Bellarific Friday! Not only is it Bellarific Friday today, it is the start of our second MerMay 2026 challenge. All you have to do is play along with each Friday this month, using currently available mermaid or beach themed stamps from Stamping Bella, and you could win $$ to spend on new stamps!

What a Friday! We’ve got our usual Bellarific Friday for you, but as today is the 1st of May, we’ve also got the start of our MerMay fun.

This MerMay we are also inviting you to join in with our Bellariffic Friday challenges! You have the whole month to enter all of the challenges. Just follow along with each challenge listed below. You can enter your cards each week on the Bellarific Friday post, but I am adding all of the challenges for the month below so you can work ahead if you want to.
You must use CURRENT Stamping Bella rubber or digital stamps with a beach or mermaid theme, so make sure you check the website. Follow this link to see our Beach & Mermaid Rubber Stamps. We have two digital stamp sets that would fit the theme: Squidgy Mermaid Digital Stamp Set and Rosie & Bernie the Unicorn Under the Sea Digital Stamp Set.
You can enter via our Inlinkz below, or over on our Stamping Bella Sistahood Facebook group in the pinned challenge albums.
All the MerMay challenges will close at 2359 UTC+1 on 31st May 2026. A winner from each challenge will be drawn at random from all of the entries in our FB group and inLinkz and announced on Blogabella. The prize for each challenge is a $25 gift certificate for the Stamping Bella online store. Entrants are permitted 3 entries per challenge theme. Entries must be made to either FB or inLinkz, they may not be submitted to both – duplicate entries will be removed from the draw. You do not need a link to enter here on inLinkz.
You have all month to enter your cards in each weekly challenge. Every Friday the Bellarific Friday post and an album in the FB group will go up for you to enter your cards.

We had so much fun for MerMay this year, and between the Babes and our challenge participants, there is lots of gorgeous Bellarific mermaid inspiration floating around!
