Now we’re into November I’m diving into all of the Christmas themed colouring and crafting! There were some great new winter/Christmas themed stamps in the last release, and I’m excited to get them all coloured up and share with you. Watch my North Pole Backdrop Copic Video below to see how this first Christmas image of the season came to life.
The backdrop stamps work beautifully in conjunction with character stamps to set the scene, but they also work beautifully on their own with a sentiment.

Colours used are:
skin: vintage photo
hair, shoes: walnut stain, antique linen
reindeer: ground espresso, black soot
scarf, nose: festive berries
bell, fire: fossilized amber, spiced marmalade
eyes, pants: rustic wilderness
jacket: worn jeans
I decorated my card with some stickers that come with the 30×30 paper pads. Word “Merry” was stamped with sentiment from Oddball Santa and the missus rubber stamp set.
I added some glitter glue to the bells and candle. Highlights were made with white gel pen.
