Elaineabella here. We don’t have a new tutorial from our Sandiebella today, so I’m here to remind you of some of her previous AMAZING festive themed Thursday makes, which all come complete with fantastic step by step instructions. We love our Sandiebella – she’s brilliant, and so generous with her time in creating easy to follow tutorials for us each week.

Thank you for all of the love for our beautiful Emily on yesterday’s post. We at Stamping Bella, and Emily’s family and friends all appreciate it so much.
Normally I would have a Marker Geek Monday post for you today. The card was done well before the weekend, but the video is still unedited and I’m not quite ready to do that just yet. Thankfully our amazing AmyBella had a Scenic Saturday post that should have been shared on Saturday, but in true BELLA STYLE, we’re going to share it with you today. Emily would be laughing, I’m sure, because I’m the organised one that would roll my eyes at SCENIC SATURDAY ON SUNDAY. Well, here I am with SCENIC SATURDAY ON MONDAY – laugh it up lady!
Jokes aside, I’m really sad Emily didn’t get to see this one. Because she LOVED Scenic Saturdays, and was always excited to see what Amybella would come up with next. I think we all are, so I will hand you over to Amy.

Hello there!
Amy here with another Christmas themed Scenic Saturday on the Blogabella. This week I was drawn to the darling image of Tiny Townies on Santa’s Lap.
The Christmas season just wouldn’t be the same without this rite of passage playing out at malls and festivals in the weeks leading up to the big day. It certainly isn’t the same experience for every kid who climbs onto or is placed on Santa’s lap. I never had any problems with the big guy myself but I can remember younger siblings and kids in line, breaking out in tears when it was their turn to tell Santa what they would like for Christmas. These two cuties seem to be keeping it together though as they read off their wish list to Santa. To dress up the background and make it look like this visit is part of a larger holiday festival, I masked off Santa and the kiddos before stamping just the decorated tree from the Holiday Owl with a Star set on either side of them. I then masked off the trees and stamped the Christmas Village Backdrop even further in the distance. Now it looks like this annual photo op is taking place in a snowy park square with all of the holiday hustle and bustle taking place just off screen. The sentiment from the Christmas Sentiments set keeps the message of this card positive and happy. So, the next time you want to create some Christmas card magic why not work some stamping magic and layer up your background elements for a fun new twist in your scenery? 😉
Have a wonder filled weekend my friends!

Elaineabella here, with a post that I never thought I would be writing. Many of you may have heard the news by now, but it couldn’t go unsaid here on the Stamping Bella blog.
What can I say. Our beautiful, amazing Emily – DA BELLA – has passed away. She had a long, hard battle and absolutely gave it her all till the end.
It doesn’t seem real. We are all heartbroken and in shock at the loss of the creator of Stamping Bella, this brilliant woman who brought us all together and created the amazing stamp company we have all enjoyed for so many years. Our friend. OUR SISTAH.
If you have ever bought a Stamping Bella stamp (I know most of you have bought many), you may have read the story on the packaging. Here it is:
“Once upon a time, there was a girl who had a dream. A dream that she NEVER thought could POSSIBLY come true UNTIL ONE DAY when she thought and she thought and she thought and she came up with an idea. An idea of a “SISTAHOOD” where stampers all around the world could UNITE in one place in ONE HOME where they could stamp and craft and share IDEAS and the girl’s dream FINALLY came true. THE END. MWAH!”
What an absolute privilege it has been to be a part of that dream, and part of this Sistahood she created and was so very proud of. She touched so many lives and made friends everywhere. If she knew you, she cared about you, and she made sure you knew it.
We will be paying tribute to Emily here on the blog soon, in the best way we know, using Stamping Bella stamps. Watch out for that, we’re going to make that rubbah sing like she always encouraged us all to do. Just give us a little time – it’s going to sting more than a little.
I know that some of you have asked about sending cards to Emily’s family. If this is something you would like to do, please email me on quixoticcreations@gmail.com for the details. If you would like to send your love and condolences, you can comment on this post or email Stamping Bella on the usual address – Emily’s family will see the messages.
Stamping Bella remains open for business, so you can continue to enjoy the wonderful stamps that Emily brought to us. Please keep using that rubbah and sharing your Stamping Bella creations – Emily was so proud of her Sistahood and the stamping community she was such a huge part of.
I will be here, sharing the weekly creations from Emily’s Bellariffic Babes. I can’t replace Emily, and I won’t even try. It’s not possible. But I will do my very best to honour her in every post.
MWAH!
