that you had your own fairy godmother?  there have been SOOOO many times where I have said “I WISH”…. you?  Well Bella has said the same thing.. ovah and ovah and ovah again.. so here we go.. this is the story about how I met Jan Dolby www.thepinksuitcase.com. There is a “ONE OF A KIND SHOW” every year in toronto.. actually twice a year and Ryan and I go and spend a lovely evening downtown just browsing, buying and minding our own Bidniss.. until I saw JANNNNNNNNNNN.  Jan was sitting and eating (first time all day I am sure since being on her feet all day) and I started FREAKING OUT… I am not sure if it was that obvious (winks) but I almost HUGGED this stranger.. I saw her artwork and LOVED her sense of humor..  I immediately commissioned her to make this painting for my wall at work.. just imagine taking a class with Nicky.. looking up and seeing them:

When I saw them, I fell in love with them and with Jan (but we will add an eye to the middle one  right Jan? *winks*)… we exchanged phone numbers, I gave her a business card and hoped that we would connect… of course did I wait long?  did Jan?  It was Kismet… we met the following Tuesday and recreated STELLA… the fairy godmother.. sometimes she retains water in her feet (don’t we all)?  sometimes she acts a bit goofy (don’t we all?).. sometimes she may drink a little too much (HICCUP!) but she will be doing MANY things with us and the bellas.  She is always wielding (is that a WORD?) her magic wand… and she always has her little displaced tiara.. just in case.. YA NEVAH KNOW WHEN YOU NEED A WAND OR A TIARA ya know.  I love that she represents different ages.. grandmas, 30 somethings.. she is ageless and full of spunk.   I have her up in front of me and she just makes me smile… I see her with sparkly shoes.. I see her with a sparkly tiara.. I dunno.. I am hopelessly in love.  With all of my artists.  Who draw my favorite characters.

we have been working on this image for at least 10 months..LOL.. it started out one way.. then we let it go.. then she morphed.. then she evolved and HERE she FINALLY is!!  Her name is…… BIKAHBABEABELLA.. she has her doo rag on, she is poised and POSED.. she has daisy wheels.. she has a PERSONALIZED engine and her daisy SIGGY… are you in love?  do you want those curls?  do you want the doo rag?  do you want the BIKE???????????????????????????????????

 hmph.

Ok, I didn’t mention this before but I am IN LOVE with this product (yes, I KNOW, I am in love with lots of things).. I spotted this little company at CHA and placed my order IMMEDIATELY.. by the end of the show, they won all sorts of innovation prizes, product of the year.. etc…  am I GOOD or what?

Soooooo I got almost everything and have posted them here.. they come in singles and then you can get whichever inserts to suit your needs.. I have the 2 section for cards.. I have the 3 section one for my colored pencils sorted in color families… YUUUUUUUUUUUUUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!  they are super light and they snap closed nothing falls out… I am hoping to have my whole room/office/life scraponized ASAP… LOL.  You can also ALTER the whole scraponizer toolkit!  Check out www.scraponizer.com for great inspiration.

I received a coupla new products today… LOOOOOOOOOOVVVVEEEEE THEMMMMMMMMM

 First is the handy ribbon organizer… look at it FULL.. this one is black but of course, guess what colour I chose to sell? 🙂

Is this not THE juiciest thing you have ever seen in your life?  LOVE it and so colorful and inspiring.. I keep mine right in front of me at home.. LOVE IT.  It has over 200 holes that you can put your ribbon through and so much space to put rolls in.. and a ZIPPAH and a HANDLE.. YUM!

I also received this handy caddy.. take a guess in what colour? LOL… part of the proceeds of this pink treasure goes to Breast Cancer.. so me lovey it.  It is completely see-through, made of a strong vinyl.. you can keep all your goodies and supplies in there or even your copics!  What a great stand for them 🙂

Also received my pom pom prongy thingies which were out of stock and are back!
