WELCOME TO BLOGABELLA

Sistahs!!  Ok, now I can blab.. I was so stressed this past week getting prepared to come here, finishing packing, packing for kids, stressing about flying.. whining etc.. that I just didn’t have the energy to post :(.   But now I am finally here.. sitting on a little stool (ok fine a BIG stool) with a little table and my computer in front of me.. on an open patio, looking at palm trees, feeling the breeze and finally seeing some sunshine and I am at peace.  We are staying with my mom and she has conveniently taken the kidlets on a LONG walk so now I am here writing to you.   On a personal note, I have to tell you that if I didn’t have this break, I probably would have internally combusted.  Ever have that feeling that you are running and spinning and spinning and feel like you can’t stop?  That’s how I was feeling.  I needed a break so badly… and I am telling you in my 40 years, (omg i’m forty?) I have never felt that way.  and i HATE to complain.  but I am.  And who else can I complain to but my sistahs right? LOL.  Ever have one of those weeks/months/years where you felt that you would explode or implode? LOL

I am planning on spending today with my art and stamping stuff near the pool watching the kids swim.. Can’t wait. 🙂

Hiya sistahs.. I am so sorry I have been MIA.. it’s been INSANE in bellaland.. We are leaving to Florida tomorrow for March Break and the store will be closed for shipping. We are able to pick and pack your orders but shipping will resume on MARCH 20TH on a first come first serve basis.. so as the orders come in, they will be shipped.

I am trying my bestest to get all the orders out by having stayed up til 2 AM for the last 5 days :(.. so that’s why I have been MIA.

If you have placed your order and have NOT received a notification of shipping, please note, that your order will ship after March 20th.  I am so sorry for this delay but I am trying my bestest by burning the midnight oil.

I am still doing 2 more post office runs today so you may just get notification.. so please be patient.

Diane Duda is a self-taught artist who has found modest success and much happiness creating her “silly little works of art”.

She lives in a small Pennsylvania town with her husband, Mike, her three almost grown sons, two dogs and three cats.  She finds inspiration from her family, pets, childhood memories, song lyrics and fairytales.

She hopes that you find her characters cute, but quirky;  sweet, but not too sweet.  Her intent is to put a smile upon your face.

Diane has a successful online store and her artwork has been featured on various licensed products such as figurines, wall art and fabric blocks.

When I first saw Diane’s work I fell in love.  It made me smile.. her words made me nod my head.. made me say “YES! she’s GOT IT!”.. And I just felt I had to share her talent and wisdom with my sistahs..

We have 4 of her images being released next week and here is one of them… Let me tell you how hard it was to choose.. and needless to say this is a growing collection!

__OOPS almost forgot the NEWS… It’s regarding our shipping.  We have had to remove our $4.99 shipping from our website.. for the last year I have realized how much money I have lost.. and that money can go towards more releases, no?  So I have gotten rid of UPS (had issues with their deliveries) and have gone with Canada Post.. their rates really are the best and the most economical.  Postage and Courier rates have gone up exponentially in the past couple of years and I have not followed suit.. so 2013 is the time where I felt I needed to do this.  I hope da sistahs understand.. It was a difficult decision as I am always trying to please but this one I had to make..
