Hiya sistahs,

I am so sorry I have been MIA these past couple of weeks.. I have had horrendous headaches which ended up being just muscle pain (thank goodness).. and now have had my first ever series of treatments from a chiropracter.. and I have to say, I feel SO much better.. I thought no one could help me and I was a big skeptic I must admit but I found an amazing chiro who so far has helped me .. so let’s all keep our fingers crossed that my mojo is back and my health is back!!

And last week was a WHOPPING 0.4 pounds lost.  I’ll take it but wasn’t so happy LOL.. and this week has been a write off as I have been feeling so sick :(… I have had a horrible “headache” that emanated from my neck and distributed evenly through my head.. it got SO BAD that I had to go to emergency yesterday for 5 hours to get an emergency CT scan.. I don’t do hospitals sistahs but after a week of this pain, I had to go.  Thank goodness CT scan was clear and the pain is muscular.. so I put heat on it and am constantly taking Advils.  This isn’t fun.  Add the ARENA and hockey tournaments to the mix, I am sure the scale is NOT going to be my friend.  AND I can’t go weigh in on Friday as Tyler has YET ANOTHER hockey tournament.  LOL.  hmph.

Ok I am over my rant.

Last week I made this amazing Chicken Soup in my crock pot… IT WAS FREAKING amazing  so if anyone is in the mood for some good Jewish Penycillin (sp?).. I highly recommend this recipe.

Hiya sistahs

How has your week been?  Mine has been crazy.. this release has been one of my best and if you have not received notification of shipping yet, you won’t for about another 10-14 days.  WE RAN OUT OF NEW RUBBAH!!!  I cannot believe it.  I beefed up my inventory.. I took whatever precautions.. used my instinct.. rubbed and squeezed Wanda’s face.. and I still didn’t order enough.

So I am really really sorry to da sistahs who have not yet received notification.. I am going in order of placement of orders.  So please please bear with me! And please get your orders in to ensure some RUBBAH! 🙂

I have decided to restructure the blog slowly and have different themes on different days of the week… it’s easier for me and I know that we all will benefit!  I have also decided that GLORIA will be our cheerleader every week.. so you will see her here representing us!

So what is WEIGHT WATCHERS WENNNSDAY you ask?  Yes, this is a stamp blog.. Yes this is an artsy fartsy blog.. but to me, it is also a SISTAHOOD blog.  We are here for eachother and why not discuss other issues as well? oui oui?   After I announced that I started weight watchers almost 2 weeks ago, I have received countless emails showing support, emails sending favorite recipes etc.

So I am gonna be selfish and devote wednesdays to ME and to US.. to make us all accountable.. to vent.. to share and to bond.  sound good?

So first I will announce that last Friday’s weigh in showed a 4.5 pound loss.  I was VERY happy with that but now am fearful of the scale this week.  Was I perfect this week?  NOOOOOO!!! I am trying my best and need the help and support 🙂

So WEIGHT WATCHERS WENNNSDAY to me is a place to announce, share recipes, websites and losses AND GAINS without shame.  to actually STATE it and be accountable for it .. to get CHEERS from da sistahood.. or pats on the shoulder.

My challenge to YOU and to ME every week is to try ONE new recipe per week and share it the following wednesday if it was a success so we can try it and add it to our repertoire.  EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT on weight watchers, the recipes could be helpful as making dinner every night can be BOOORING.. LOL

I believe we are able to attach files in the comments section so we can collect information from eachother..  sound good?

I want to should out a THANK YOU to Judie P for sending me her favorite recipes.. I made a couple of them and they were amazing!  I urge Judie to attach them here to share with da sistahood!

Ok so last night i made a DELICIOUS Chicken Parmigiana recipe for the family… THEY GOBBLED IT UP.. it was delicious!
