Hello bellas!
Amy here with one final Halloween card for Scenic Saturday. This time around I grabbed the Witches 3 stamp but I wanted to change it up and focus on just one of the witches. To make that happen I decided to pair her with the retired Fall Window stamp so she could be peeking in with a Halloween hello.
I began building this scene by inking up the Fall Window and wiping away the outdoor part of the stamp so it would be a blank space inside the frame. Next, I masked off the edges of the window and stamped the curly haired witch in the bottom corner at a slight angle. Because I had to wipe the ink away from the arm of the middle witch on the original image, that left some blank space on her shoulder that I had to draw back in using a black multi liner pen. With the witch back in full form it was time to mask her off and stamp the missing background in the center of the window right over top. From there all I had to do was start coloring the witch, window, floor and outdoor night scene before adding the curtains and masking everything again. Using a brick wall stencil and the Copic airbrush system I was able to quickly add some cool detailing to the indoor part of this scene. One of the sentiments from the Spooky Sentiment set was the final finishing touch to complete this fun take on a witchy Halloween card. 🙂
Stay crafty my friends!
