WELCOME TO BLOGABELLA

And I started another diet.. LOL.   But this one, I am hoping is for GOOD.  My house has accepted the WHOLE 30 challenge.. basically a paleo diet.  If I tell you that cooking for this is a full time job, I am NOT kidding LOL.. but it is soooo worth it.  I have found amazing recipes that my family is gobbling up and we are enjoying good clean whole food.  I LOVE IT!  If you are at all interested in something like this or are eating this way, I would LOVE to share recipes..  If I scroll back to all my posts I am SO embarassed at all the diets I have tried LOL.. omg.. it’s a day to day change.. but this time I don’t feel like this is a diet at all.. this is a way of life.  Jayden gave me the “hand” saying WHOAAA mama.. baby steps LOL.. and Tyler has embraced it wholeheartedly.. it’s actually amazing to watch.  Yes it is a lot of work but boy it is worth it.  I’ve been on it only 5 days and feel EONS better and have learned so so much! (that’s what happens when you drive to your march break destination and have nothing to do but read LOL).  If you follow me on Instagram you will have seen some of my meals this week 🙂

Hiya sistahs!

I am back and boy do I have work to do!  Florida was just beautiful and EXACTLY what the doctor ordered (although 3 out of 4 of us were sick for a few days).. The drive was SUPER long.. don’t think I will be doing that again.. LOL.. The kids behaved better than I did! LOL

Well sistah’s if you follow me on FB you will know that we were coming to Florida for March break.  My DARLINNNGNG husband advised me that driving to Florida was on his bucket list.. how could I say no?  So on the third day in the car.. a couging achy Tyler and a splitting headache, I asked him if we are done with this driving nonsense.. LOL.. he said YES.. it’s now done and he’s happy… Until next year LOL.. There are certainly some advantages.. the biggest one being I DONT HAVE TO GO TO THE AIRPORT… there’s nothing I dislike more than airports.. oh and planes.. oh and people coughing and throwing up on planes.. Ok that’s another story.  LOL.  We are here safe and sound and trying to forget about the drive.. it’s kinda like childbirth no?

WOOHOO sistahs!  Today is the last day of the release and I am so excited.  FIRST, I try my best to respond to the comments if there is a question so I am not sure if you receive and email that I responded or you have to manually check 🙂

I am overwhelmed with the personal emails and comments for yesterday’s huge reveal :)… I am SOOO happy there are other sistahs out there interested in journaling etc.. it’s my passion as I mentioned and I am here to help start you off or inspire you with that.. so please feel free to email me if you have any questions at all :).  I will make another post on the supplies I use.. I love looking at other people’s supplies.. makes me happy!

I really recommend the class I mentioned yesterday.. it’s a good starting point. and for $12?  best money you will spend 🙂
