And my little boy’s birthday. OMG He’s 13.   I’m a parent of a teenager.  That means I must be an adult.. OMG.  I can’t be.. I’m still a kid.  A teenager? Seriously?  and in the Jewish religion he is a MAN.  UMMMM… not in my books this morning lol..  My little “Ty Ty” (Tyler) is 13.  yikes.  he’s 13.  Where did the time go?  hmph.  As you can tell I am a bit “Farklempt”  this morning.. all teary eyed and mushy hearted… And let me tell you.. he sure ACTED like a teenager this morning.  double triple QUINTUPLE HMPH!!!

So I wanted to take a pic of his angry face this morning and he wouldn’t let me… so I posted this picture on facebook when he was about 7 just to embarass him a little .  Take THAT teenager HA!

And here is my “serious” almost-teenager a few weeks ago… He likes the serious look for pictures.  I call it PENSIVE.. intelligent.  I could SHOVE HIM IN MY MOUTH and EAT HIM.. (when he’s sleeping-see note about teenager attitude above LOL)

I rummaged through my dies and found one that I never used before.. shocking I know.  It was the TIM HOLTZ MATCHBOOK die.. That’s not a card is it?? It’s a MATCHBOOK .. LOL.  I used HOPPY POPPY HAS A PREZZIE and a vintage Avery label with the sentiment on the bottom of the matchbook.  Here’s the front

and here’s the inside … So much fun!  I used my ZIG CLEAN COLOR BRUSH MARKERS and some INKTENSE colored pencils for some of the shading.  LOVE!

Hiya sistahs!  Why does it feel like Friday when it’s only Tuesday ? LOL.. long week already!

First of all, I wanted to share with you that I TOO wait desperately for my order.. LOL.. as desperately if not MORE desperate than you (is that possible?).  Was so excited to open my mail box and got a box FULL of DIS(this)!

so much fun!

Is anyone addicted to YouTube like I am?  OMG.. I’m SO addicted.  Every night Youtube is my best friend .. that and my Ipad and a pair of headphones 🙂

I bought these markers a while ago… started watching videos.. and now hooked on playing with them LOL…

I watched THIS VIDEO by Jennifer Mcguire.. she has two more … careful.. she’s an enabler LOL

So I decided to play!  The first colours I always try are portrait colours.  They are my fave.  And since I got my big box yesterday.. I was SO excited to pull PAMPERED out and play with her 🙂

So in this picture, my ink smeared a bit which made me scream and curse.. but then I quickly got over it because I knew she is JUST for PRACTICE.  (It took me about 5 minutes to  calm down and stop cursing LOL)

Here i used FLESH and PALE PINK.  this is my new GO TO face colors 🙂

then I coloured the rest in with other combos I tested.. and then it began to bleed.. and not behave (watercolor has a mind of it’s own). so I just showed you the towel and the face and cucumbers below :)..I also tested the PINK on her cheek which is not the right pink but that’s ok! now I know!   I will continue to  play.. and practice and try to tame my temper 🙂  I love that they have a teeny tip.. you can get them in all of da little bella nooks and crannies.  LOVE!

This is the 60 set above.. they are so bright and vivid.  Just gorgeous.  I can stare at the chart all day long 🙂

I will try to practice some more and share some more with you throughout the week!

well this release was just amazing.  You guys went insane LOL.. which validates to me that you loved the images :).. I love that you love the images.  For REALS.

This week’s bellarific theme was ANYTHING GOES!    But for our Baberoonis it wasnt’ lol.. It was a theme as we do every first friday of the month.. a theme using our Stamp of the month!  This month’s stamp of the month should be called stampS of the month!  I put all of our BIG WORDS on sale for 20% off because I just couldn’t pick one.  SO… If you ever wanted to try these images now’s the time!  You can find all of them HERE.  When you see the words in pink on the image, they were made smaller for the inside of the card.  Sometimes you just want to put a little something in there and can’t think of the right words.  right?

SO. true.  Should be all of our mantras. And for that reason, I advised them to play with me at Bingo Buddha, so even in different places we can still connect and play online.

I am SOOO  happy you love this release  ALMOST as much as I do *wink*.. I love hearing your stories.. why you love the images.. how you can relate to them.. how they tell YOUR story.  To me, they are not just little pieces of RUBBAH.. they are pieces of my heart and I am so thankful I can bring joy to your smooshie faces that I would hug and kiss if I saw you.. (is that wrong?) LOL.

I kinda saved Tiny Townie Hayley for today..  I really don’t know why.. LOL.. I just wanted to “SAVE ” her.. LOL.  I LOVE her and her sentiment and I think she applies to every sistah out there.. young or older, plump or skinny.. wrinkly or smooth.. doesn’t MATTAH… if we can’t find our own HERO.. we need to be our own.  Amen sistahs.
