Let’s see what our Baberoonis came up with shall we?
If you are not familiar with Paulabella’s work …shame on you LOL! just kiddinK. Paulabella and I have known each other for years.. it all started when she came to our store with a whole gaggle of CrAFty friends and spent the day blabbing and gossiping and coloring.. and we immediately clicked. She became a very important part of my life and of stamping bella’s life by traveling from Michigan to Toronto to teach classes.. we traveled to Minnesota together for an Archivers event.. and we have just been so close ever since. the MAGIC Paula does with her Prismacolors is unbeatable.. and all I text her every night is … how did you do this? and how much pressure to you place on pencil.. and how much do you cover the whole image.. I think she wants TA kill me … LOL bye bye bella. I can go on and on about Paulabella… but I know she embarasses easily (well not really) LOL!(you can follow her on Instagram @paulabella66 or on FB @busygirlART)
So without further ADO..
Here’s Paulabella’s card using our brand new CHICKADEER.. I mean really. COME. ON. I can’t. I can’t with ANY of the cards you’re gonna see on this blog today.. OUT OF CONTROL amazingness (sheesh I’m so gushy today.. what’ up wit DAT?)

It’s time for another fantastic DT Thursday post! This week our Sandiebella is showing you how to create an EXPLODING BOX using our brand new Gingerbread Chicks and Santa and His Helpers rubber stamp sets. Click through to keep reading!
Hello sistahs! It’s Sandy Allnock, back again for another guest month of coloring fun here on the Stamping Bella Blog….and since Christmas is coming (EEEP!), I’m launching a series all throughout the fall showing Christmas or winter backgrounds. The four Wednesdays this month, it’ll all be new releases from Stamping Bella!
When I open up a stamp set, I look at the images and ask the stamps to tell me what the setting is. Sometimes they do so right away – other times we “have a chat” while I’m coloring the image, then the scene takes shape. With Christmas tug of war, the critters were opening gifts outside – in the snowy yard. So I’ll show you how to make a fence! Watch the video below or click HERE to see it in HD on YouTube.
Be sure to hop over to my blog to leave a comment to qualify to win this stamp set – I’ll announce a winner on Sunday!
See you next Wednesday with another video!
And for some more AMAZINGNESS, Check out Elaineabella’s blogpost today featuring a how to tutorial and video on HOW TO COLOR IN PLEATS and FOLDS with CHRISTMASGIFTABELLA! This is epic sistahs.. I need this help SO badly LOL!
Hey folks! Elaineabella here again. 😉 This week for “Spotlight On” just one lucky stamp gets to bask in the glow of my ginormous spotlight: our September Stamp of The Month Peaches the Stuffie!
Normally today, being the first Tuesday of the month, would be CRAZY TUESDAY. Since this month it coincided with the brand new Holiday 2016 release, in order to avoid TOO much craziness the Crazy Tuesday offers have been moved to the second Tuesday of the month – so watch out for the usual Crazy Tuesday offers next week on 13th September 2016!
If you are just joining us, or simply haven’t heard of our Stamp of The Month offer, here’s the scoop! Each month we feature one stamp as Stamp of The Month, and for the whole month you can enjoy a fantastic 20% off that particular stamp. No rushing to place your order, you can order whenever you like during the month and take advantage of the offer on that stamp.
This month’s featured stamp is Peaches the Stuffie. If you haven’t already got her, now is the time to add her to your collection! Read on to see why I think you NEED this one. 😉
Peaches is one of the adorable and humour filled images in our Stuffies collection of stamps. She’s not having the greatest day, as you can see. It happens to us all.
Isn’t she perfect for sending a quick note to a friend who you know is having a rough time? The sentiment in the set is a nice one for offering support. Or you could pair her with another sentiment, like I did:
Instead of using the sentiment that comes in the Peaches stamp set, I used one from another favourite of mine The Chicks Who Couldn’t Even. The simple “RIGHT?” just seemed too fitting.
You could also use Peaches for a humorous birthday card, or an everyday notecard. Why not? She’s cute and funny. You could even add her to a planner page if you’re having one of THOSE weeks, I think she says it all!
Hopefully I’ve inspired you to add Peaches the Stuffie to your collection, or if you already have to get her stamped up!

Elaineabella
Hey folks! Elaineabella here with another Marker Geek Monday post to kick off what I hope will be a week full of colouring fun.
I didn’t get to share any colouring tips with you last week as Emily hijacked the blog with an amazing round of preview posts for the latest stamp release. The new release is of course now available to order and everything can be found under the WHAT’S NEW section on the website. I know a few items are currently out of stock as this release has been especially popular. Rest assured Emily and the rest of the Stamping Bella team are working hard to get the stock replenished, so don’t worry if you have your eye on some of the new stamps (and who doesn’t?!) – restocks are on the way!
To get all the inspiration the Bellarific Babes created for the new release, check out Emily’s handy Release Day Blog Post.
In case you missed out on the preview posts, or if you just want a handy way to see all of my colouring videos for the new release you can check out my Stamping Bella Holiday 2016 Release Playlist below or release below or in HD over on YouTube!
Now for today’s topic!
Stamping Bella – Set of Pumpkins stamp set – includes sentiments.
Some of my favourite stamps from the new release are the Autumn/Fall themed images. Around this time of year I always get a little obsessed about pumpkins, so as you can imagine, I am in love with a few of the new images in particular. While I’m obsessing about colouring pumpkins I thought I would put together some handy Copic Marker combos for you!
Bonus Coloured Pencil Guide:
You can also pop over to my own blog – Marker Geek – today for some bonus pumpkin colouring fun! Over there I’ve created a video and some colour palettes for colouring pumpkins with coloured pencil! Click through to check it out: Marker Geek Blog – Colouring Pumpkins Using Coloured Pencils (with video).
The stamp I used for today’s colouring fun is from the Stamping Bella – Set of Pumpkins stamp set, available as just the stamps, or as a stamp and Cut it Out die bundle. But the colours shown here would also be wonderful for our new Tiny Townie Patricia loves Pumpkins and Tiny Townie Casey has a Cornucopia (Casey will be the star of another Marker Geek Monday very soon).
Please feel free to save this image or pin it to your Pinterest board. It is intended for your reference. I do ask that you do not repost this image on your own blog or directly send the image to other people, instead please direct them to this blog post to obtain it for themselves.
I put together a closer to real time version of my pumpkin colouring video, showing just the pumpkin stamp used on the combo sheet, so you can get a really good look at how I approached colouring this image.
Watch the video below or in HD over on YouTube.
As you can see from the Copic combo sheet above, you can achieve some nice results by shading your YRs with reds or browns. You could also use Warm Grays to add some nice depth to your colouring. Personally my preference is to use some of the reddish brown Earth tones. When using greys for the shading it does tone down the colours somewhat, so to maintain the richness and intensity I tend to reach for the earth tones or reds instead.
My favourite combos shown above are those that use a yellow for the highlight area and a deep reddish brown for the shadows. This gives a nice amount of contrast and makes the image more visually appealing or makes it “pop”.
If you try out the techniques or colour combos shown in this post with your Stamping Bella stamps, be sure to share! We would love to see the results and hear how you feel about them. Show off your creations in the comments below and even better, share your own favourite tips with us. Let’s talk colour!

Elaineabella
Hello Sistahs! It’s been such an awesome month guesting with you and I’m thrilled to be becoming an official BELLA on the Stamping Bella design team. I’m honored to be joining this fabulous group of ladies and I’m looking forward to getting to know them and share many more crafty creations with you!
So I saved my favorite for last. FAITH the FAIRY was the first Stamping Bella stamp I ever purchased and I have colored her many times over. I think this version might be my favorite. That could be because green is my favorite color or because this card is soooo sparkly!
I just have to share a close up of the details. After the main layers and shading were down, I used some Copic Spica glitter pens and dotted them all over her dress. It’s hard to see in the photos but in real life it looks like tons of rhinestones cover her dress. I also used a white gel pen to add a few more dots and “sparkles” so it would look like the light was hitting them. This really adds some dimension to the dress. For more details on what supplies I used and how I created this card, pop on over to my blog: www.owlbecrafty.blogspot.com
Hope you all have a great week and I’ll see you all again soon!!
