It’s Tamara here with you feeling all festive on first Advent Sunday. Only 3 weeks until Christmas!!! This year’s Christmas will be different for sure. No crazy shopping or last hour shopping. One thing that can be delivered directly to our loved ones mail! I made a Christmas card featuring Uptown Girls Ophelia and Odelia love ornaments rubber stamp from the last release. I only used one of the girls. I’m saving the other one for another card.
I chose traditional colours again: red-green-white with a touch of gold. Sentiment “It’s Christmas in the heart that puts Christmas in the air” comes with the images. I love it!
For colouring I used Distress Ink pads. I stamped the image on Fabriano 300g HP watercolour paper with Archival Ink – Jet black.
Colours used for colouring:
skin: vintage photo
cheeks: worn lipstick
hair: antique linen, walnut stain
outfit: peeled paint, forest moss
box: pumice stone, black soot
decorations: barn door, fossilized amber, spiced marmalade

Hellloooo! Hope everyone is well and had a great week! We had some snow here in Toronto but it’s been mild. Toronto is in a lockdown now due to Covid.. since I live in a suburb, we are not on lockdown so everyone is coming up here to do their shopping etc. I just wish the whole province was in lockdown for 2 weeks, get it over with and BOOM. done . (if only it was that easy)
