Oh boy.. what a week .. yesterday as I was driving home through sheets of rain singing.. slowing down.. innocent. I did hear some amber alerts on the phone but I couldn’t look at it as I was driving. I slowly approached my new neighborhood and started noticing fences fallen.. people congregated outside.. trees and limbs all over the place.. cars on their sides.. I was thinking to myself am I in the twilight zone? What the heck is going on here? The amber alert was about a Tornado. hmph. I have never in my life experienced a tornado.. it is devastating. Thank goodness we are all safe and our house emerged unscathed. If you would like to see more on this just google Barrie Tornado.. it’s crazy!
Tamara here with you with my new card made with adorable Bundle Girl on a Swing. I love colouring these smal cuties. I used to love the swings but a few years ago I lay down on one and my daughter was pushing me and when I got up I got crazy dizzy. So that was my last experience with swing – no thank you. LOL
Image chosen on this card was stamped with Archival Ink – Jet Black and then coloured up using Distress Ink pads. First I wanted to fussy cut her but then those ropes seemed a bit too complicated for my fussy cutting skills.
Distress Ink pads used:
skin, branch: vintage photo
leaves: peeled paint
outfit: victorian velvet
swing: ground espressoTo decorate the card I used some design papers from my stash and added a few die cut leaves. I added a sentiment that comes with the image and I just awesome. I love sentiments that come with Sb images.
That’s all from me today.
Hugs, t.
