Tamara here with you with my latest baby card made for Stamping Bella design team. I used Curvy girl with a newborn rubber stamp. This is one of my favourite baby/motherhood images and it’s so easy to colour in and make into a card.
I chose to make a shaped card this time. I simply took one of my die sets that is a bit bigger in size so I could fit my image perfectly. I cut the biggest two from white cardstock and made a fold on one just half an inch from the top. I added glue to that top part and then added another piece on the top. This is a simple way to make different card bases at home when you don’t have electric machines to cut your card bases or dies meant especially for that.
I cut two extra shapes from baby themed design paper and made some die cuts.
Image was stamped using Archival Ink – Jet Black on 300g HP watercolour paper and then coloured up with Distress Ink pads.
Distress ink colours used on this image:
skin: vintage photo
hair: antique linen, walnut stain
dress: fossilized amber, spiced marmalade
baby’s clothes: stormy sky
flower and leaves: victorian velvet, peeled paint
That’s all from me today! Have a great Sunday!!!

It’s that time of the week again. I’ve got my spotlight out and I’m shining it on another amazing stamp – this month’s “Stamp of the Month” offer. Each month a stamp (or stamp and the coordinating die where still available) is offered with a fantastic discount. You’ve got until the end of 31st May 2022 to grab this month’s offer, and I’m here to show you why you need it. If you already have it, I’m here to remind you why you needed it, and inspire you to get it inky!
