SUNDAY with TAMIBELLA

It’s Sunday with Tamibella!

Www.Stampingbella.com : rubber stamp used: the gnome and the flamingo . Card by Tamara potocznik

Hi! Tamara here with you today. For this post I made a Christmas card featuring the Gnome and the Flamingo. I love these two together. They make such a fun couple and since flamingos are pink/peach colour they are perfect for making an untraditional coloured Christmas card.

Papers used for this card are from different old Doodlebug paper pads, I just chose the ones that go perfectly with my colouring. I would never guessed that pink-red and brown together make a great Christmas colour combination.

Image was stamped with Archival Ink – Jet Black on 300g HP watercolour paper and then coloured up with Distress ink pads.

Distress colours used on this image:
flamingo: picked raspberry, black soot, fossilized amber, spiced marmalade
gnome: barn door, black soot, hickory smoke
ribbon and bells: barn door, fossilized amber, spiced marmalade

Sentiment “Have the marriest Christmas EVER” comes with the image. I only stamped the first part of the sentiment and added die cut letters to replace the word “ever”.

Hugs, t.
