Sunday with Tamibella: The Cat and The Ornament Christmas Card

Hi!

Tamara here with you with my new card made for Stamping Bella design team. I used The Cat and The Ornament image to make this early Christmas card. First I stamped my rubber stamp with Archival Ink – Jet Black on 300 g HP Fabriano artistico watercolour paper and then I coloured it up using ZIG black marker for the cat and Barn door distress ink for the ornament. I added some details with white gel pen and then I fussy cut it.

For the card I chose some pretty red-white-teal papers from my stash. I made the center part as a shaker filled with lots of pretty sequins, diamonds and clay embellishments.

Sentiment “It’s all fun and games until santa checks the naughty list” is from Stamping Bella also. It’s just one of the great sentiments from “Holiday fun sentiment set“.

Have a great Sunday!

Sunday with Tamibella: Pinky Promise Card

Hi!

Tamara here with you on this sunny Sunday. We had lots and lots of rain in the last few weeks so we’re really enjoying the warmer and sunnier days. For this week’s post I made a card with Pinky Promise rubber stamp and Pinky Promise sentiment set. I stamped my image with Archival Ink – Jet black on 300 g HP watercolouring paper and then coloured it up using Distress ink pads. I used Vintage photo distress ink pad for the hands and Barn door and Fossilized amber distress ink pads for the flowers.

I used two sentiments from Pinky Promise sentiment set, “Pinky Promise” and “Friends forever.”. There’s a lot of different sentiments to choose from in this set.

To finish off the card I chose some pastel design papers from my stash.

That’s all from me today.

She’s one of the ODDBALL OZ themed images, there are also Dorothy, Wicked Witch, Cowardly Lion, Flying Monkey, Tinman, Scarecrow, I loooove them all! Plus there is an EMERALD CITY BACKDROP to go with them, and the OZ SENTIMENT SET.

Distress colours used are:
skin: vintage photo

To make the dress look glittery I added small dots made with my brush and small dots with my gel pen. After fussy cutting the image and adding it to the card I added small dots with glitter glue (stickles – star dust).

Sunday with Tamibella: Oddball Grandparents Shadow Card

Hi!

Tamara here with you. For this weeks post I made a shadow card with one of the great Oddball images called ODDBALL GRANDPARENTS. I really like this sweet image and it was great to colour in.

First I chose my design papers and then I started colouring. Image was stamped using Archival Ink – Jet black on 140 lbs HP watercolour paper. I often get asked which brand of paper I’m using. It’s called Fabriano – Artistico acquarello, extra white. For colouring I’m using very thin brush size 000 or -3.

Distress ink pads used to colour this images are:
skin: vintage photo
hair: black soot, hickory smoke
purse, shoes: fired brick
jacket, mug: fossilized amber, spiced marmalade
vest: broken china
pants: forest moss, peeled paint
dress: stormy sky, fired brick, peeled paint
newspaper: tea dye, black soot
grass: peeled paint

Shadow box was made with a die and then decorated using different design papers, it’s 3/4″ deep.

Sentiment “GRANDPARENTS There to help children get into mischief they haven’t thought of yet!” comes with the images.

That’s it from me today. Have a great Sunday.

Sunday with Tamibella: Gnome Artist

Hi!
Tamara here with you with my latest card. I’ve been very sick for the last two days and I couldn’t sit and colour. I feel a bit better and I can’t wait to colour all the remaining images from the last release. For today’s card I coloured Gnome Artist. He’s colouring rainbow on my card and I think it came out as a really happy Spring card.

Sentiment “When it rains look for rainbows, when it’s dark look for stars” comes in Encouragement sentiment set. I cut the second half off, because I only needed the “rainbow” part.

Image was stamped using Archival Ink – Jet black and then coloured up with Distress ink pads. Colours used are: vintage photo, hickory smoke, gathered twigs, fossilized amber, spiced marmalade, worn lipstick, barn door, lucky clover, villainous potion.

I used white gel pen to highlight some parts.

Design papers used for this card are from various companies. I always try and mix and match as much as possible.

That’s all from me today.

Hi! Tamara here with you with my latest Stamping Bella card. Spring is coming and gardening is a very popular activity here in Slovenia. Almost every house has its vegetable garden. When I was making this card I had a huge gardening enthusiast in mind and this one would be perfect for him.

Image (rubber stamp) used for this card is called GNOME FARMER. Image was stamped with Archival Ink – Jet black and then coloured up using Distress ink pads.

Distress colours used:
skin wood handle: vintage photo
hat: gathered twigs

pitchfork: hickory smoke, black soot

Design paper used for this card is old pad from Simple Stories. I added two sentiments “For you” and “with love”. They come in GNOME WITH A CANDY CANE rubber stamp set.

Sunday with Tamibella: Gnome Cowboy

Hi!
Tamara here with you. I made a masculine card with one of the new gnome images called Gnome Cowboy. I don’t do a lot of cards for boys or men these days so when the opportunity comes I have a lot of fun with it.

You can still grab this brand new stamp and the other new releases in the WHAT’S NEW section of the store with 10% off. The storewide sale ends at midnight on 9th February 2023.

I stamped my image with Archival Ink – Jet black on Fabriano 300 g HP watercolour paper. I’m using extra white paper for my images and compared to ordinary copy paper it still looks like warm white. I used distress ink pads for colouring.

Distress ink pads used:
skin: vintage photo
hat, boots, gloves: gathered twigs
straw: fossilized amber, spiced marmalade
rope: pumice stone, black soot
shirt, pants: faded jeans, lumberjack plaid

For the card base I used craft cardstock and then some Maja papers for the card. I added twos tripes of blue ribbon and some brads to the star. Letter “S” stands for sheriff. LOL

Sunday with Tamibella: Special Delivery Valentine or Birthday Card

Hi! Tamara here with you today. For this week’s post I made a Valentine’s Day/Birthday card using the SPECIAL DELIVERY rubber stamp.

I stamped my image with Archival Ink – potted soil first on a sheet of copy paper and then on my 300 g HP watercolour paper so I got a very soft stamped image. Image was coloured up with Distress ink pads.

Colours used:
owl: vintage photo, spiced marmalade
letter: pumice stone
background: tumbled glass

For the card I used my new Valentine’s day papers. I added some die cut clouds so it looks like the owl if flying to deliver something special in her envelope.

Have a great Sunday!!
