Cut a piece of card measuring 12″ x 6″ and follow the template below. Dotted lines represent score lines.
Once all the scoring is done, fold and burnish the vertical scorelines, both ways. Then mountain fold the diagonal score lines on the top left, and valley fold the diagonal lines on the bottom right.
Fold in on the diagonal folds and burnish all the score lines.
Cut three pieces of paper measuring 3-7/8″ wide x 5.75″ tall.
Cut another piece of card measuring 8″ x 6″ and score at 4″ on the 8″ side. Fold in half and burnish the score line. Open back up and measure down 2-1/8″ on the left side, mark with a pencil. Cut diagonally from the centre score line to the pencil mark.
Cut 2 pieces of paper measuring 3″ x 3-7/8″ and adhere on the bottom of each panel.
Fold up the large card panel again and apply adhesive to the back. Adhere this to the right side of the 8″ x 6″ piece, lining the 8″ score line of the big piece with the 4″ score line on the smaller piece.
Apply adhesive to the diamond shaped panel and fold the other half of the 8″ x 6″ piece over to adhere it.
Open the card up and it should look like this.
Centre one of the patterned paper pieces on the left side panel. Do not stick down yet. Use a pencil to mark the diagonal score line and cut along that line. Adhere the pieces down. Repeat with the rest of the panels.
Set the card base aside to work on the image.
Stamp Oddball Alice, and the Drink Me bottle, on to white card. Colour using your preferred medium, then fussy cut around the outline of each.
Cut two tags, approximately 4.5″ tall x 2.5″ wide – one from white card and the other from designer paper.
Trim the designer paper one down on all sides and adhere to the paper tag. Assemble the tag pieces.
Using foam tape, adhere Alice to the tag. Then decorate.
