DT Thursday time! Sandie has a gorgeous summer themed make for us to follow along with today, featuring some of the adorable Little Bits stamp sets and dies!
You also want to cut 3 circles, one from each size die used for the base cards, and smaller circles of pattered paper to layer on the front.
Open up the circle bases and fold one side in half, towards the middle. Crease well with a bone folder.
Repeat on all 3 circle bases.
To connect them together, apply a piece of glue on the bottom of middle sized circle base, on the back, and also apply a little glue or tape on the inside front of the largest circle base.
Remove the backing from the tape and adhere the middle sized circle base to the inside of the largest one, about half way up.
Repeat for the smaller circle base, adhering it to the inside of the middle sized base.
Apply wet glue to the folded part of the largest circle base.
Ensure you just add glue below the fold.
Adhere the full circle, lining up any notches or scallops
Repeat for all 3 circles.
Adhere the paper to each of the circles.
Stamp the images onto white card and colour using your desired medium
Fussy cut the images, or use the coordinating dies if you have them.
Cut a selection of summer or beach themed elements.
Decorate each panel using the images and die cuts.
Stamp a sentiment onto white card and cut out using a smaller circle. Adhere to the middle easel and decorate as desired.
To keep the front easel popped up, I cut a word from the papers, mounted it onto dimensional tape, and adhered it to the small easel base.
To fold the triple easel for easy mailing, fold in the smallest circle, then the middle one, and finally they largest one.
