GOOD MOOOORNING sistahs! I am SOOOOO excited for this week! We get to HANG OUT! Like for REALS 🙂 Makes me so happy ya know!
Without seeming redundant , for all the newbies who are joining us for this sneak peek, I need to explain how these releases come to fruition 🙂 Every release for the last 13+ years are little pieces of me wrapped up in an image..I know I sound dramatic lol but it’s so true! If you see how the images have evolved over the years, you will see what I’m talking about… baby images for my babies.. seasonal images on how I feel about the holidays, or memories I have experienced.. fashion girls for my inner diva.. Stuffies for the toys I grew up with.. you get the idea 🙂
Well for this release, we have Oddballs. Let me ‘splain. If you know me.. you know I have this funny, dry, sarcastic side LOL.. and for years we have been thinking how oh how to capture this side in an image.. WELL… here it is LOL.. Not only is this a crazy/gothy/wry side of me but it’s also the place I am at in my life… My babies aren’t babies anymore.. they are TEENAGERS… and with TEENAGERS… we get what? This blankish stare looking at me saying “really mom”… LOL.. DOES THIS LOOK NOT SAY THAT? haha. That little stare looking at you like “YOU’RE REALLY GONNA DO THAT MOM?”.. Ya YOU know what I am talking about… The teenage ” look” LOL. So these oddballs are a bit of me and my odd side.. and a bit of my kids recognizing and not really loving my odd side HAHA. I was also looking for cards I could GIVE my teenagers for any occasion.. Ya well, these fit that cut.. there aren’t many teenage cards out there are there?
These images are good for anyone really .. adults, kids.. anyone who needs to celebrate their inner “ODDBALL”. You need to REALLY pay close attention to the details of these images.. just where you least expect it, you may just see the cutest skull evah! LOVE! (Have I ever mentioned how OBSSESSED I used to be and still am, with cute skulls? but I digress)
Also, I spend so much time finding the PERFECT sentiment to go with all of our images.. I hope you love them too! These sentiments make our images more “OMNIoccasional”.. is that a word? LOL.. I know it’s not but I try to find THE PERFECT sentiments so you can use the images for many many or any occasion.. not just one.. there’s a lot happenin’ in this noggin’ over here! LOL

I love these but I don’t love these. Let me explain. Sometimes I think I have enough stamps to open up my own store. I have to be very picky with what stamps I buy now and I have to absolutely love the stamp and know I would use it a lot. While these are cute and they remind me of the The Adams Family, they aren’t stamps that I would ever use. I’m not a fan of skulls but these aren’t to bad. Sorry I’m not a big, huge fan. I love all the cards as they are very creative. I can’t wait to see what else you have to offer though as you always have something that I am in love with. I’m sure I will be making a purchase of something but I have to watch my money as I am care giving my mom and not working.

Yep! I’ve still got it! I found myself looking at the Oddballs with the same “teenager stare” that they were staring back at me. Once I snapped out of the staring contest (the Oddballs won) I immediately started designing cards and sorting out which family member most resembled which Oddball. Am super excited about this group.
