Time for another fab DT Thursday tutorial from Sandiebella!
Stamp the Chicks onto white card and cut them out using the coordinating dies.
Colour using your preferred medium.
From red card, cut 3 circles, and then cut 3 smaller circles from your patterned papers.
Stamp the sentiment (included in the stamp set) on the bottom right of the bag.
Repeat for however many bags you are going to make.
Cut a strip of paper measuring 2.5″ x 4.75″ and adhere across the middle of the paper bag. Burning well with a bone folder.
Adhere one of the smaller circles to each of the larger red ones.
Using 3 foam, adhere the chicks to the front of the circles.
Cut a piece of ribbon approx 6.5″ long, fold in half and cut the ends at an angle. Using double sided tape, adhere the ribbon to the back of the circles, positioning it up about half way.
Apply more tape, or wet glue and adhere the circle to the front of the bag, positioned towards the left hand side.
Repeat for all of the bags.
Put some candy or chocolate bars in a cellophane bag and tied with some red and white bakers twine.
Pop the candy into the bag and they’re ready to hand out.
These make great gifts for the kiddos and also sell very well at school fundraising fairs.
