It’s time for another fantastic DT Thursday post! This week our awesome Sandiebella is showing you how to make a beautiful Treat Box Card – perfect for sending someone a little treat at Christmas or any time of year! Click through to keep reading for the step by step tutorial.
At the end Sandie also has a BONUS Silhouette Studio Cut File for Silhouette users to download. This is not required to make the project, as full cutting and scoring instructions are provided in the tutorial.
On each side of the 6.5″ side, cut away pieces as marked, and taper the edges of each of the tabs.
Use a paper trimmers or scissors to cut away the outside sections as indicated below.
This is what it should look like at this point.
With the outside facing up, apply double sided tape, or strong wet glue, to the 0.25″ tab at the end.
For those of you with a Silhouette machine that prefer not to cut by hand, I have designed a cut file for this Treat Box Card. CLICK HERE to download it.
Hopefully I’ve inspired you to sit down and try your hands at this lovely project. It’s proven to be wonderful as gifts!
We also encourage you to share your personal favourite Stamping Bella creations with us. We LOVE to see what you’ve been creating with Stamping Bella stamps.
