Hello sistahs! It’s Sandy Allnock, back again for another guest month of coloring fun here on the Stamping Bella Blog….and since Christmas is coming (EEEP!), I’m launching a series all throughout the fall showing Christmas or winter backgrounds. The four Wednesdays this month, it’ll all be new releases from Stamping Bella!
When I open up a stamp set, I look at the images and ask the stamps to tell me what the setting is. Sometimes they do so right away – other times we “have a chat” while I’m coloring the image, then the scene takes shape. With Christmas tug of war, the critters were opening gifts outside – in the snowy yard. So I’ll show you how to make a fence! Watch the video below or click HERE to see it in HD on YouTube.
Be sure to hop over to my blog to leave a comment to qualify to win this stamp set – I’ll announce a winner on Sunday!
See you next Wednesday with another video!
And for some more AMAZINGNESS, Check out Elaineabella’s blogpost today featuring a how to tutorial and video on HOW TO COLOR IN PLEATS and FOLDS with CHRISTMASGIFTABELLA! This is epic sistahs.. I need this help SO badly LOL!
This is why I watch you Sandy.I never use my N1,2,or the rest for that matter.A fantastic background to an adorable stamp. So many ideas to create with these cuties. So excited to watch n learn.Thank you.
Love the sentiment and the dog and cat are so very cute. Love how you have used that stamp here because the fence really grounds the stamped images and it has so much depth because of that. Thanks for the hints and tips too Karen
This is an adorable little critter stamp and Sandy’s coloring is awesome. I am a big fan of hers and always enjoy watching her add background elements to her work. I am inspired to try that fence technique.
Love the background and excited to see your 3 other projects coming. I always get nervous thinking of drawing with dark colors in an image and you make it look so easy. TY for sharing
You have absolutely ruined me for creating cards because I can hardly complete one without adding a scene of some kind. I just wonder “what would Sandy do?” and then add some type of background!
This is stunning. I love your coloring and all the add ons to the stamp. Amazed. Little “liny” dots on cat, lines on dog and the wood is amazing.
Love the focus on backgrounds!!! When I get a cute subject all colored the way I want I struggle with how to put them in some kind of environment – really looking forward to more! 🙂 thanks! Oh and those stamps are so cute!!!!!
Great card and love that background fence!
I love this stamp and I just adore the card. The fence background is a great technique. Thanks for the inspiration.
Oh how lucky we are to have TWO videos! Thanks to both for sharing!! 🙂
I love the coloring! I don’t have those 2 stamps but I love how you colored them. I wish I had more copic markers so I could do the coloring you do. What a beautiful job!
I love animals too, Sandy, especially kitties! This is adorable! It is enjoyable to watch you colour! The background is amazing! No need to be sorry for starting your Christmas cards early – I make mine all year round – then there is no panic in November/December and everyone get’s a beautiful handmade card that wasn’t rushed!
Sandy is so amazing! I love this stamp. It will be a must have!
