Yes, I know I haven’t been so up to date with it as life got in the way but I am trying to get this going again! LOL… So have I mentioned that I am ADDICTED to inchies???? I mean TOTALLY TERRIFICALLY addicted.. COMPLETELY and UTTERLY addicted.. HOPELESSLY.. well you get da PICTURE.
Here are our inchies and I think I am gonna start INCHIE toosdays..LOL (cuz I am addicted.. remembah?).. Inchies are little teeny tiny weeny winy 1″ squares of the most wonderful quality museum matboard.. it welcomes any medium.. copic, mineral spirits, watercolor.. just OUTSTANDING… I have also purchased some binders to go with these, magnet backs,, etc.. you can trade them!!
Here is my card using 9 inchies on a 5″*5″ card. On some of them I used the new COSMO CRICKET BOYFRIEND collection papers (LOVE THEM). I used my 1″ square punch (so handy to cover the inchies) and if you would like to layer them.. you can use the 1.25″ square punch.. PHENOM!!! I also used my new favorite tool (not such a new tool tho).. the colorbox stylus handles and oval tip foam pads.. and gently patted it into the COLORBOX Q chalk inkpads. They are sooo gorgeous and graduated colors to boot!.. Basically I own many of the stylus’.. each one is double sided so I use a tip on each side and use it for each color (or color family) and it’s so easy! So I dip my foam into the ink.. I tap some off on a scrap sheet of paper.. and then I start rubbing it on the corners of the inchies in a smooth circular LIGHTHANDED motion.. I didn’t feel like coloring.. and LOOK! I didn’t have to! You still get a wonderful effect and it’s sooo verrrry easy! but most importantly.. which stamps did I use! LOL.. I used the KETTO MANLY SET (for ketto’s clothesline).. I just love THAT WHOLE COLLECTION! and they are perfect for the inchies and of course my metallic red nailheads in the upper corner! and VOILA!

Totally teeerific card Emily! I, too am addicted to inchies! So versatile, can be used to embellish a card or project, I just love to collect them! I have hundreds of them and they are so easy to make!! Would love to see some sort of inchie challenge!!
