Treat someone special to a Stamping Bella

It’s Sunday with Tamibella!

Hi!

Tamara here with you. Today I have a vintage themed card for you. I used one of the older images from my Stamping Bella stamp collection. This beautiful image is called I love my pets-abella. Yup, that’s me too, love my cats!!
I rarely use these vintage Pion papers because they are not very white, they all look a bit old and I really like using bright white on my cards. I had these in my drawer and since I really like them I decided to give them a spotlight. lol

I stamped the image using Archival ink on 300g HP watercolour paper and then coloured it using Distress ink pads.

Distress ink colours used:
skin: vintage photo

cheeks: worn lipstick

hair: antique linen, walnut stain
dress: victorian velvet, stormy sky, black soot
cat: black soot
dog: pumice stone, black sootI cut out the image using stitched oval die and then mat it with the (old) decorated oval. I cut out some small flowers and added them to the card.
Sentiment “Happy Birthday from all of us” comes with the image.
Have a lovely Sunday!
Hugs, t.

  1. Such a lovely card. Love the oval with the lacy look and the background. Pretty flowers and cute cat and dog. The colors are so soft and pleasing to the eye.
