For starters, I made something besides a one layer card.

I was inspired by a question asked in a crafty Facebook group I’m in because her question literally made me remember that I actually do own embossing paste.
Unfortunately, it’s fate was becoming one of those poor unloved products we never think to use :/
Wonderful Wednesday at Stamping Bella with Kelly Latevola!
I used a combination of ink blending on my background with “dying” my embossing paste to give my background a multi-colored look.
I totally love the way it came out!
You can see my entire process in the video below.
It was different and quite honestly a lot of fun to just play around with the background.
I encourage you to give this a try or just go hunt up something you haven’t used in forever that’s up on the top shelf of your craft room.
I bet you have a little fun and learn something too ๐Ÿ™‚
Thank you guys so much for stopping by!

I know right? I need to hunt through a billion boxes and see if I can find my embossing paste. Who knows what else I will find while I’m looking. Ha! ~Elaineabella

Okay, I know I don’t have embossing paste. In fact, I didn’t know that even existed. You can now call me a crafting newbie! LOL I love the background on your card and I love her pretty purple dress. Nice job on the card and for the video. If I had some embossing paste I’d be digging it out for sure!
