Who Are The Bellariffic Babes?

The Bellariffic Babes are the Stamping Bella Design Team, tirelessly toiling to bring you heaps of inspiration using Stamping Bella stamps! 😉

Here’s the current list of Babes – I highly recommend you check out each of their blogs. Warning: grab yourself a beverage and possibly a snack first, you may lose yourself for a good while. 😉

Since we have lots of gorgeous babes to check out (haha!), this will be a little mini-series of posts. Today we’ll take a look at the first three babes on the list.

AliceWertzabella

I’ve been a fan of Alice’s work for ages and ages and ages and ages. 😀 Love her style, which mixes modern and trendy with a soft vintage, retro feel. She’s one of a kind. 🙂 Here are a few of my favourites from Alice:

Stamp Used: Stamping Bella Honeybear Stuffies

Those bears just look so soft! The little rosy cheeks… I cannot!

Stamp Used: Stamping Bella Bella V2.0 Donttalktomebeforemycoffeeabella (incl. sentiment).

Alice rocks “no line colouring”. Actually she makes me feel lazy, as it has been so long since I did any myself! I’m not even sure I’m quite brave enough to try it with the Bellas! Bravo. 😉

Stamp Used: Stamping Bella Bella V2.0 Christmasgiftabella incl. sentiment.

Love how Alice coloured Christmasgiftabella. She has definitely demonstrated that you can keep the colouring on that dress fairly simple and it still looks fantastic! Pleats are totally optional. 🙂

I think you can see how fantastic AliceWertzabella is, with her beautiful colouring and ability to mix and match washi tape and patterned papers while making it look effortless. Make sure you visit her blog and check out all the fab inspiration on offer.

Danabella

Our awesome Dana is one of the original surviving Bella Babes! She has been with Em since forever, bringing Bellariffic inspiration a plenty! Here are a few favourites I picked from her blog:

bellaaug12

Stamp Used: Stamping Bella Tiny Townie Melissa Loves Movies.

Love the coordination on this card, and the fantastic paper piecing of the armchair. Paper piecing is such a great way to add a fun twist to an image.

bellajul29-1

Stamp Used: Stamping Bella Bella V2.0 Thinkingofyouabella incl sentiment plus Coordinating Cut It Out Die (available as a discounted bundle).

This card is a great example of how a gorgeous stamp like Thinkingofyouabella makes for a brilliant CAS card design. Dana has coloured her beautifully, and the simple card design lets her shine!

mailchickcard

Stamp Used: Stamping Bella Mail Chick incl sentiment.

Love little Mail Chick. Ridiculously cute. Dana’s card is beautifully bright and cheery – a great way to brighten someone’s day!

Make sure you stop by Dana’s Blog for tons of Stamping Bella inspiration!

Elaineabella

Ok, since this is yours truly I don’t have much to say, however Emily told me I wasn’t allowed to miss myself out, so here goes! I like to colour, sometimes I make cards (which I like, but less than the colouring), and I’ve been with Em since 2010 with a little break somewhere in the middle (I’ve been a Stamping Bella fan for even longer than that). I now colour the product images for the website and write the Marker Geek Monday series for this blog.

Here are a few of my favourite makes:

Stamp Used: Stamping Bella Bella V2.0 Flowersbehindmybackabella

I love colouring this gorgeous Bella. That dress…so many possibilities with all that space. Fantastic for practicing pleats and folds – if you struggle with that or haven’t even tried yet, make sure you check out my Marker Geek Monday: Colouring Pleats & Folds step by step post showing how I coloured this image. Looking at her now, I’m thinking I may need to play with some other ideas for that dress soon! 😉

Stamp Used: Stamping Bella Edna needs a Martini plus sentiment from Cosmobella.

You have to love Edna. Such a cheeky, curvy fairy. I gave her a nice dark background to help her “pop”.

2016-09-02-stamping-bella-pumpkin-set-cards

Stamps Used: Stamping Bella Set of Pumpkins incl sentiments

I bugged Emily for ages about pumpkins. I LOVE colouring pumpkins. For most of the year I tend to avoid orange, but Autumn arrives and I become a little obsessed. 😉 These two cards were fun to put together using the Set of Pumpkins stamp set.

Oh my gosh, so much yellow I am going on total overload! No one uses much yellow on their cards and I’ve seen so much tonight that I will be good for quite a while. Each and every card is unique and fun and beautiful and, well, I think you get it. Nice job everyone!
